Y/n waited for summer.
So when the sun was at its peak and the bird chrip their song. The day baji arrived to visit again, Y/n was delighted.
Today they are sitting on the small port in the river inhaling the fresh breeze that pass by them. Keisuke was splashing the water everywhere like a feral dog.
"It's cold!" He Laughed. Y/n looked at him, she had never met quite a strange child. No she had never met any human before.
"You're weird, Of course the water is cold" she said.
Keisuke huffed before splashing her in the face, he laughed hysterically but then he was pushed in the water.
He screamed when his skin came in contact with the icy river. Getting up the port again he chased the female who was already running to the forest.
The small wave created by his fall invited the lily pads to dance in harmony , Summer was truly a wonderful season.
Taking a hike in the woods, the choir of the cicadas filled the silent void that surrounded them.
Suddenly the tree branches formed in a shape of a hand reaching towards Y/n stopping her in her steps.
"Y/n, its dangerous Y/n. Thats a human child, if he touches you you'll dissapear." they said.
Keisuke panicked seeing something like this from his nightly nightmares was horrifying, plus they're also holding his friend.
Y/n back up a little so that she can get out of the hands grasp.

Keisuke awed at her calmness, if it were him he would have dash out of there.
The hand slowly retracted back to the tree
"Please don't touch him human child" they said and dissapeared.
"....yes" keisuke said.
Several umbrellas begin to appear. Behind the trees, by the bush. Everywhere.
"Gin be careful"
"Be careful"
like a repeating record, the spirits chant their warning.
Humans can't touch her but spirits can.
That moment baji promised to himself not to touch y/n even if he badly want to.
One summer passed by, then two, then three.
Their lives continued to run differently. A boy in the city visiting the forest and a girl in the forest wishing to visit the human world.
