"Hurry up! We're gonna be late you lazy ass." Shout a man from their front house. Waiting outside of the house beside the car.

They are probably late, seeing how rushing a tan male is, dashing from his house to the car which by the way carrying a luggage and a sling bag. "Let's go Jeremy," the tan male said.

The man called Jeremy (which by the way is Jaemin, in case you didn't know) rolled his eyes with the nickname. His friend has been into English movies lately. Making him calling Jaemin with all kind of nicknames.

Getting comfy in the car, the tan male, Donghyuck rummaging through his bag, looking for his phone. "So? Where are we heading?"

"Busan, got few business there. And after everything's settled, we'll play at the near by beach." Jaemin said while driving extra carefully.

The older nod at the answer. He just following Jaemin for fun. For his own fun. Knowing that he'll get lonely in the big ass house, he would rather accompany his friend for his business that's still managing pretty well after 4 years of establishing it.

But suddenly he remembered something. He took extra caution to talk what's on his mind. Clearing his throat, he look at Jaemin.

"So-uh- Jae."

"Yeah?"

"What happened with- you know- uh," words get stuck at his tongue.

"With what, Hyuck?" he raised one brow.

Donghyuck scratch his nape. Even though it not even itchy, but he need it to calm himself. "With the matchmaking thing?" slowly, he produce the sentence.

Jaemin make a face like :o. Yeah, he didn't forget about that. He would never. It his mom who registering it for him. Knowing that his son wouldn't find his mate any days now, making the poor old heart worried. "Mom already did it." he said, emotionless.

"So, you are okay with it?"

"I don't care Hyuck. I can still reject when they matchmake me. you know how I am. I can manage myself."

"But your ruts are getting crazier!" Donghyuck shout.

Jaemin scowl. Not liking how this conversation is going. "I know perfectly myself Hyuck. You don't have to worry about me. My rut too, I can manage it."

"Yeah, like hell you could." The older rolled his eyes for nth times. He knows Jaemin doesn't want to continue the conversation, but the man need to man up and find solutions for his unpredictable rut. "I care about you. I want the best for you. We are practically brothers now. I just want someone to relieve you from you crazy ru-"

"And that's why I don't want to marry, Hyuck. I don't wanna marry someone because of of my rut. To relieve myself. The person I will marry aren't some prostitute. You know better, Hyuck." Jaemin wince a bit when they hit a bump on the road.

Donghyuck stop. He know. He really do know about it. it wrong to marry someone just relieve their rut. Suddenly, he feel guilty for saying about rut. "But you need someone in your life eventually. One day, you want someone to cuddle with, to sleep with, to greet you warmly when you get home. You need that person one day."

"One day. But not now. It enough with myself in this life for now."

Being an Alpha who's never let out all his rut into someone is hard. for all his life, Jaemin only ever be with someone in his rut for only 5 times. after that is a mystery for him to manage the rut.

considering an alpha that's full of energy and power, Jaemin's rut becoming unstable and making him hard to go through rut every mating seasons. he will shut himself in his room, asking his own best friend to stay at other place. worried that he might attack his own friend when he's going through rut. 

Jaemin, the alpha who cherish love doesn't have the heart to have physical relationship with someone just to make his rut normal. he don't want his relationship only based on physical. but want it come from the other person and his heart. want it to be sincere and pure.

just like his standing, he let himself suffer the rut alone. hoping once day he will find true love to spend for the rest of his life. at least, he'll be with someone who actually want to be with him. not force to be with him.
