"Do I really have to?" Jeno make sure of Jaemin's decision. Well, the male alpha is unsure whether he should read the story books for the children at the hospital or not.

Actually, as to why they are holding an event for the kids is because of Jeno's company had make a charity event for the hospital. They will serve a buffet for them to enjoy and fun activities for the kids. And Jaemin's company has been proposed for a collaborations since they make video games software. So they are here to let the kids play to their heart content.

And as one of the activities is reading stories. The actual person to read the stories couldn't make it to the event. They had fallen sick and couldn't come due to their sickness making Jeno and Jaemin left stunt.

This week really isn't for them. Not even once they catch a breath to relax. As if the situation with Renjun could even go worst, the event that they held have issues to.

Without Renjun in their week, Jeno and Jaemin got weak minded and lost strength to work. They couldn't meet him as he shut them down for an unknown reason.

Truth to be told, they are hurt. Deeply hurt. But they know Renjun's sudden change is because of reason that they don't know, yet. So they did the best that they can do by keep on visiting and have a one sided conversations with him. telling him how beautiful he is, how lovely of every gesture he did. How brilliant the omega is and he is worth it. because that's what Jisung said to them. 'He had a rough day and his self-worth getting lower.' The younger alpha said.

Donghyuck rolled his eyes and proceed to push Jeno to the stage. He really wanted to beat the shit out of him but control it as he is his best friend's new boyfriend.

"You got this baby." Jaemin make a gesture like 'fighting' to Jeno.

As he got the cue, he walk to the center of the stage. And he sat down gracefully. Audiences clap their hand as an appreciation for Jeno's presence on the stage. He began reading a book of 'Korean Folktales' which successfully grab and intrigued the children. Some were listening earnestly, some were just playing without giving any attention, some would sleep their asses off, and of course, some were just mesmerizing the beauty on the stage.

That's exactly what Yeri and Joy is doing. They are drooling over the adult alpha on the stage making Soobin glare at male. He nudge Emily.

"Do you think he's handsome?" he ask the older.

Emily with her stoic face just shrug. Truth to be told, she didn't know what to feel about the male alpha. Obviously she's not that interested in anything that happened in front of her.

Soobin huffed when he get the respond from Emily. He pouted even more when Emily decide to just sleep and not listening to his rambling.

On the backstage, Jaemin and Donghyuck talking with each other regarding their life.

"Do you think Junie is doing fine by now? I mean, it's been 2 days we didn't go to see him. workloads has been killing both me and Jeno." Jaemin put his head on the beta's shoulder.

Donghyuck, as the caring best friend he is tried to make Jaemin think only positive thought. "He is. Why wouldn't he? He got all a week just to calm himself down. He should be Jaemin. Otherwise, he's so cruel to leave both of you hanging."

"He's not cruel. Junie just need time to cope with whatever happened." He tried to fight back Donghyuck statement. Well, he's not wrong but it just doesn't sit right for Jaemin.

The beta rolled his eyes. "I don't know anymore Jaem. Plus, I still don't get why you want him in your relationship with Jeno when you get the big boy yourself." Before Jaemin could say anything, the beta hush him. "No, I don't wanna listen anymore. Let just get this done with."

Jaemin slouch on the sit. His eyes darted on the audiences. Somehow, a certain caught his eyes as he look so much like a certain omega. He smiled sadly.

"Jun? Won't you eat something? It's been a week now. Please Jun." Xiaojun tried to hold back his tears. Lucas hug his shoulder while they kneeling in front of Renjun's door. Hoping that somehow, the younger would finally open his heart to open the door.

Renjun in the room has stop crying. He threw his look outside of the window. Looking at passerby and animals chiriping and barking. Sometimes meowing or just silently flew past through his sight. Well, he actually had enough of crying. He miss his son and Jisung. For a moment, he didn't think about Jaemin and Jeno like he use to. Did he not love them? He don't know, because he never know what is love beside Jisung's and Soobin. Or maybe with his cousins. But that's family love. For Jaemin and Jeno, he just can't describe his feelings towards them.

The word of his mother saying he's incapable of loving other person is true. Over the past week, he kept thinking of everything his mother said to him. it ture actually. Ever since the monster rob away his innocence and life, he lose hope on love. Loving someone can only destroying him, so he stop to love. He only trying to care, never love. Who knows love can do to him.

With this issue of himself, it resulted of broken relationship between him and Doyoung, his boss and Lu Fen, his university's sweetheart.

And today, he's tired of thinking. Thinking and sympathizing over his sad life and fate. He wish he could hug his family again and cuddle till he had enough.

So he gather every courage and strength that still on him, he open his door slowly. Revealing the sad looking couple in front of him.

"G-ge?" he called the pair.

Lucas was so shocked. He never know how much he miss this voice of his little cousin. Almost teared up, he steady Xiaojun, who's still stunt of Renjun and stand still. He brought the young to a comfort hug.

"Oh Jun. you don't know how much I miss you." Lucas said as he hug the younger even tighter. Xiaojun who's eyeing them join the group hug.

As they happily hugging Renjun, a sudden crash of glasses making them turn their head sharp at the noise. There standing a pale boy, crying to his heart content.

Renjun smile fondly over the boy. He walk slowly approaching the boy and engulf him in a tight hug. "Sungie, I'm sorry." He mutteres, but enough to make the latter heard it.

He shook his head. Hugging the older back. "It's not your fault. It's never your fault, from the beginning till the end. Never once it your fault." He buried his face in the older's neck making the omega giggled.

"I miss Soobin. He must be worried." Renjun said after he and Jisung sat down on the couch.

They gather around on the living room, catching up with each other, while Jisung still hugging the life out of his brother's life.

"Wanna see him? I think there's free time today where visitors can meet patients until 12.00 a.m." Lucas munching on the kimbap while suggesting his idea.

Renjun nodded. "I wanna meet him now." He pout.

"But hyung, you need to eat something first. You're too weak." Jisung look at his brother in disbelief.

The omega shook his head. "No. my son need me more."

He walk to his bedroom to change into something presentable. He pack a few clothes for him to stay a few days after changing. When get out from the room, he look at Jisung, Lucas and Xiaojun.

"Pack your bag Sung. And ge, can you drive us?" he said and earning a nod from Lucas.
