Sleeping, cuddling, walking, bathing, eating, reading. That was what they did on their little getaway.

They read so many stories. 18, a story based on the Ed Sheeran song for the band where they both were teachers. It was cute. The Larry Stunt, where their management decided that they would fake date after their hiatus, something that would never happen in real life, but it was fun to read. Superheroes 1 and 2, which was hilarious when Niall had the superpower to hear thoughts. Louis was pleased that he could fly and Harry approved of his ability to bend space and time, because that was the best one, wasn't it? In the sequel, their kids had superpowers as well.

There were so many stories. One where they were undercover agents, one where Louis was Harry's personal driver, one where Harry was a radio host as an actor and Louis his devoted listener, and one called no judgment where they knew each other as kids and reconnected when Harry moved back as a teen. They all had something in comment, and that was that they were really sweet.

They even read a super cute Christmas story that put them in the mood even though it was just April.

They read a story called Freedom that captured Harry's Fine Line album brilliantly even though it was an AU. They both cringed badly when they read Fake boyfriend and Louis was the one calling Harry daddy.
"Sorry, but no. Just no." Louis huffed.

"Are you sure you don't want to call me daddy, sugar plum?" Harry teased.

Louis threw a pillow at him, hitting him in the head. It was raining outside so they had spent the day in bed.
"Okay, it was cute despite the daddy thing. Wanna read one more?" Louis asked.

"Sure. How about this one? Versions. It's a beginning-to-end fic." Harry suggested.

"Alright. Give it a go." Louis smiled and laid down.

"Okay, it starts with me." Harry said and began to read.

He had his first crush when he was ten. It was his math teacher Mr. Morrison. He had kind eyes. He didn't reflect on the fact that he had a crush on a boy, or in this case a man. It was a silly crush anyhow.

"Aaaw, that's cute." Harry grinned.

"How is that cute? You're ten and have a crush on an older man." Louis snorted.

"Well, I had a crush on you and you're an older man." Harry smirked.

"Am not! I'm two years older than you!" Louis protested fiercely.

"And that didn't stop you when I was sixteen and all innocent." Harry winked.

Louis blushed.
"Two years isn't much, Haz."

"Of course it isn't. I'm just messing with you." Harry giggled.

Louis rolled his eyes at him so he continued the story.

The first boy he kissed was a boy named Marcus. They met at summer camp. He was too shy himself but Marcus was more straightforward. He wasn't sure at first that he was really flirting with him but as the week passed he was pretty sure at least.

"Aaaw." Harry cooed.

He read a couple of paragraphs more.

Harry turns around in surprise just to find one of the popular guys, Leo stares at him with a smirk.
"Kissed any boys lately?"

"Dickhead! Which high school? We're paying Leo a visit." Louis growled.

Harry just smiled and continued to read.
"Okay, so my high school experience sucked. Now, let's hear yours."
