"Luella switch the light on!" Xavier yelled from the bathroom
Long story short, Xavier had promised Luella to take her to the park but never did it and now it was way too late to go out Luella decided to switch off the bathroom light while Xavier was taking a shower
"No! You promised me!" she yelled crossing her arms
Xavier was frustrated "Luella I swear to god if you don't switch the light on in the next 10 seconds I won't take you anywhere again"
Luella contemplated on whether she should or not
"Luella!" her brother yelled again
"What!" She yelled back "Fine!" she switched the light on and ran downstairs.
Adriel was sitting down beside Anastasia with Elijah on his lap and Luella quickly ran and hid on the other side of her brother
"What happened now?" Adriel asked pulling his sister into his side "I think I made Xavier mad" she whispered
Adriel held back a grin while Ana smiled at Luella
"It's not funny" she murmured "He promised me and broke it, now I'm sad and he's angry"
Anastasia got up and walked to the kitchen to feed Elijah his medicine.
"Adriel I need to hide" Luella whispered to her brother "He won't do anything," Adriel told her
"Elijah open" Anastasia said as she kneeled in front of him with a syringe full of liquid medicine
Elijah shook his head "No"
Luella just sat there and watched
"Elijah come on" He shook his head once again
Ana sighed and stood up. Adriel looked at her "Is there no other medication?" he asked
Ana nodded "I can put the powder in his drink but I don't know if he would even drink it," she said
"Just do that"
Ana walked back into the kitchen and put juice in a small water bottle and it poured the powder in. She headed back inside and handed the cup over to her son
Elijah started taking small sips from his bottle while he sat on his father's lap.
Luella just glanced at the two of them. She got up and walked upstairs with a frown on her face
Everyone had a daddy but not her.
She walked into her bedroom and locked the door behind her, plopping onto her bed on her stomach. Her ocean blue eyes were now glossy. She didn't know why she was crying.
