After a long week of calculus, biology, stressful band practices, and other unbearable subjects it was finally Saturday. Candace made Phoenix come over to her house so that she could make sure she had the perfect outfit. Candace also invited Charlotte, not wanting to leave her out of course. Charlotte was like the little sister Candace never had.

"Phoenix, honey can you please turn on some music?" Candace squealed in an excited tone.
Charlotte rolled her eyes knowing that the top 40 was about to blast through all of Suburbia.
Soon enough Taylor Swift was playing, and many more pop musicians followed. Candace and Phoenix started to dance to the catchy tune.
"Come on Char, dance!" Candace yelled over the loud music. Phoenix grabbed Charlottes arms, and started waving them around. Soon her whole body started cooperating, and she was dancing just like them. "This will all be worth it once I see Calum!" Charlotte thought to herself. She giggled as she imagined his perfect hair, and how his eyes crinkled up when he smiled. The girls were almost finished getting ready in a relaxed state, but it was the complete opposite feeling for the guys.

"Dammit, Luke, where's my guitar pick?" Luke groaned at Michael, who was acting absolutely ridiculous.
"Dude, chill. There's a whole box of them on my shelf." Luke said, pointing to a shelf on his poster-covered wall. Michael grabbed a pick, and put it in his case.
"Guys, I'm sorry for acting like such a dick. I'm just really nervous, and I invited someone special to come watch." Ashton made googly eyes at Michael and gushed, "Mike! Is this this 'special someone' a girlfriend?" Michael coughed awkwardly as the boys crowded around him.

"Yeah, something like that."

The girls made it to the gig just in time. As they entered the sketchy building they inhaled the scent of smoke, and alcohol. Phoenix made sure Charlotte was by her side. They made their way to the dance floor, and cheered as the owner of the pub announced the band.
"Please enjoy yourselves, and let loose with 5 Seconds Of Summer!" The man jumped off of the stage as the lights beamed on the boys. You could hear Ashton yell, "1, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4!" As they began to play. They rocked, and everyone loved them. Even though everyone could tell they were obviously too young to be there, that didn't stop everyone from jamming along. The boys played a couple of covers, and one original song. The original song was actually really good! The girls looked around. Charlotte was concerned that someone would realize how young she was, but Phoenix reassured her. If you looked around the girls blended in with everyone else. They were all dressed in black, tight fitting clothes.

As Charlotte swayed to the familiar music. She looked to Calum and accidentally made eye contact. She noticed that he had been watching her dance. This made her nervous not that she wasn't already. He gave her a wink and continued to play. She replied with a flirty smile. He loved the way she tilted her head softy when doing so.

Michael looked into the crowd to see if his special guest had arrived. He saw the tall brown headed boy standing next to Phoenix. Michael hoped that Phoenix wouldn't say anything to him.

After they finished playing their setlist they put all of their instruments in their cars. Then they went over to their girls, but as they were making their way towards them Michael was stopped by a tall, handsome boy. "Babe, you did so good!" The boy said grabbing Michael's face and kissing him passionately. This caused Ashton to spit out the water that was currently in his mouth. Michael pulled away when he remembered the boys were behind him.

"Uh, boys, this is my boyfriend, Bryce."
