Chapter 8

Riley's pov
Today is the day of the party and it's certainly not my first.

I remember going out with a few friends. I mean that's how I met Adam and Dominic but it's not much.

I mean I haven't been at a party in awhile.

I'm one of those basic people who puts on jeans and a sweatshirt. I put on jeans and black shirt with a sweatshirt on over.

"Anna?!" I yelled as she came running up.

She was wearing black jeans with a white t-shirt and a red flannel over it.

"Is thi- Are you seriously eating our food?" I asked as she had a box of Froot Loops.

"What? I'm hungry." She said as I rolled my eyes.

"You ready?" I asked as she nodded.

We both walked downstairs as she put the box of Froot Loops up and I grabbed my keys.

"Directions?" I asked as she told me.

Once we arrived I parked my car. Anna dragged me as my hand connected to hers.

"Sab!" She yelled out.

I saw a girl definitely our age as she was clearly drunk.

"Sab meet Riley." Anna said as I stood there.

Sab's eyes widened.

"Sooo this is the girl you've been talking all about." Sab said putting her hand out.

"Sabrina call me Sab!" She said as I shook her hand.

A tall guy came over hovering over Sab as they locked eyes.

"Eww practically fucking each other with your eyes!" Anna yelled pulling me away.

Sab waved goodbye as I smiled.

"Cmon!" Anna yelled as she brought me to the kitchen.

There were shot glasses as she gave me one and herself one. A couple guys joined us as Anna yelled.

"1! 2! 3! GO!" She yelled and I tilted my drink making the alcohol go in my mouth and run through my body.

The alcohol was burning my throat and it hurt but it wasn't bad.

Anna gave me another as the boys were cheering.

"ready?" She asked smirking and I nodded.

"3! 2! 1! GO!" She yelled.

I tipped my cup making it go down my throat.

"ONE MORE!" Someone yelled as air turned to see Adam.

"Adam?" I asked as he smiled.

"READY?!" He yelled passing down some drinks for his friends and Anna.

He filled mine to the top as he smirked.

"Remember?" He asked as I rolled my eyes.

"3! 2! 1! GO!" He yelled as I tried to get my entire drink in one swallow.

With it going down the wrong pipe I started coughing.

"Adam... I hate you." I said as he laughed.

Anna had went to the living room to dance with Eva and Sab while me and Adam talked.

"Ima go to the bathroom I'll be back." I said and Adam nodded.
