Keeping my eyes closed, I focused on what it would feel like to teleport onto the other side of the room. The problem was, I'd never done it voluntary before and so I still couldn't figure it out. I don't know what my other power was or how to access it and so my plan was to take it one step at a time. I've done this before, multiple times in fact and so surely I can do it again.

I was sat on the edge of my bed cross-legged with the palms of my hands on my knees. I was already dressed for school (I was wearing a green and white floral dress which had a v-neck and was tight at the stomach but entered a small skater skirt, a pair of doc martins, and the leather jacket and of course my necklace).

Releasing a breath, I opened my eyes and looked around. This was absolutely impossible. This was something I'd done many times before, was able to do literally in my sleep and yet I can't do it when I actually want to do it. How was I supposed to master the other power Derek had spoken of (the one that I can't even tell you what it was or what it was supposed to look like) if I couldn't even master this one?

I was stood with Lydia watching Allison and Scott climb up the wall. Lydia and I had already done it with us being one of the first few to go and what I'd learnt about Lydia was even when doing sports she still looked absolutely stunning. So did Allison for that matter and the strangest part was both of them were doing it with their hair down. Not only would the P.E teachers have slaughtered us and probably forced us to use an elastic band (one for office work, not hair just to stress) to tie our hair up, but how did it stay so clean and neat and perfect?

"-we definitely have to go shopping soon," Lydia added on in thought and I hummed in agreement. I hated shopping here, you actually had to do maths in order to work out how much the tax is since they didn't do the smart thing and just add the tax into the actual price.

"Definitely," right as the word fell from my mouth Allison kicked Scott's from under him and he fell from the wall landing a few inches above the mat. Coach began to laugh as he plodded forward.

"McCall, I don't know why, but your pain gives me a special kind of joy... Right? All right, next two! Stilinski, Erica, let's go! The wall."

That usual sickening feeling came back as Allison came to stand beside me and Lydia and Erica and Stiles got on the wall. It was like something bad was going to happen and yet I couldn't tell you what was possibly going to happen that could be so bad. Watching as they went up, I glanced up at the wires to see if there was anything - there was not.

It was seconds later when Erica, the blonde, began to panic and she couldn't move. The crowd looked up watching it curiously, "Oh, please..." she whispered.

"Erica? Dizzy? Is it vertigo?" Coach asked, noticing the action.

"Vertigo's a dysfunction of the vestibular system of the inner ear," Lydia dismissed from the side of me, checking her nails as if she was bored, "she's just freaking out."

"Erica..." the coach began panicking himself.

"I'm fine," Erica shakily assured although they all knew it was a complete lie.

"Coach, maybe it's not safe. You know, she's epileptic," Allison reminded from the other side.

"Why doesn't anybody tell me this stuff? Erica, y-you're fine. Just-just kick off from the wall. Th-there's a mat to catch you. Come on," Erica nodded and after a few minutes she kicked off from the wall and slowly lowered herself down, "See? You're fine. You're on the ground. You're all right. Let's go. Shake it off. You're fine."
