14th June 2011

"Why did we decide to do this again?" I whispered, glancing up at him through the cold. We'd stupidly decided to go camping and the rain was belting down against the tent and the material was flapping in multiple directions. It was oddly cosy though. The small space forced us to squish together not that I was complaining. It was one of the days during the four months of freedom and since we weren't at school or huntinf for Erica or Boyd we decided to take a nice romantic endeavour.

There was something safe being in someone else's arms, especially when they were a 6 ft tall werewolf.

I suppose we could have picked a better day though.

"Because it was supposed to be romantic," he whispered back and I looked up at him with my nose scrunched out of confusion. I wouldn't call sleeping in a tent romantic, "why are we whispering?"

"I don't know, it just feels like something you're supposed to do," I admitted still whispering and he rolled his eyes with a smirk forming on his face. He hummed before turning around the slightest degree so that he was facing me more than he already was. "You don't think there are any spiders in here, are there?"

"You scared of spiders?"

"No," I scoffed, "I just don't like them," I countered and his chest rumbled with a quick chuckle.

"You cold?"

"No, are you?"

"No." It was silent for a few seconds and sighing, I tucked my hands closer beneath the blankets. It wasn't cold but it wasn't exactly hot either and I knew if I let my hands escape from beneath the sheets then they would be cold. "You know I love you," my eyes snapped to his at the words.

"No, no I did not. You've never said that before. I mean like I hoped and I knew like secretly but you've never affirmed it before."

"Oh, well I do."

It was silent for another few seconds, "I love you to," I admitted and he grinned before pressing a kiss to the tip of my nose. "I know."

Arriving in the loft (through teleporting since I really didn't want to walk up all of those stairs or faff about pressing the different buttons in the elevator), I was greeted with a reading Derek and a pacing Isaac. This didn't look comforting and yet I really didn't care. Despite the chaos of the other day I was just in a really good mood.

Yet also a bad mood since the relationship plans were on hiatus but it wasn't my fault so it's fine.

"Bonjour," I chimed, greeting them both simultaneously.

"You know, I'm starting not to like this idea. Sounds kinda dangerous..." Isaac said, well that was a little rude. Could have at least said hi back. "You know what? I definitely don't like this idea, and I definitely don't like him..." he said, and my brows furrowed at the sound of that. What could possibly be so bad?

"You'll be fine," Derek sighed.

"Does it have to be him?"

"He knows how to do it-- I don't. It'd be more dangerous if I tried doing it myself."

"You know Scott doesn't trust him, right?" Isaac pointed out, I don't trust Scott though. He acts too...stupid. "You know, personally, I'd...Well, I'd trust Scott."

Derek glanced up at Isaac looking offended, "do you trust me?"

Isaac hesitated, "yeah." He sighed though, "I still don't like him."
