Just a heads up, there is a short little section of smut in this chapter. I have marked where it starts and where it finishes so you can skip it if you wish!
Also, it's my first time writing smut so it won't be good at all! I'm used to writing fluff so smut will take some time for me to be really comfortable writing!

[Y/N POV]
Lotte: Y/N! I really need your help!
Lotte had come bursting into the library and seemed flustered and out of breath.
Y/N: Woah Lotte! Have you been running? What's the matter?
She tried to talk but was still out of breath, so I gave her some time just to catch it. When she settles down, she took a seat and adjusted her glasses.
Lotte: S-sorry! I-I just really needed to find you!
Y/N: Well you found me! What can I do for you Lotte?
Lotte: A-Akko's g-grades are really bad a-and she really needs help with improving them.
I close my notebook and push it to one side.
Y/N: She isn't the one asking is she?
Lotte shakes her head. I could see the worry on her face.
Y/N: That's real sweet Lotte I mean that! Of course I'll help her! But there's something else isn't there? I can see it in your eyes.
Lotte nods her head.
Lotte: Th-they're threatening to kick her out. I-it's so unfair on her! She truly is trying her best!
Y/N: And they aren't giving her enough help...yeah it is really unfair. In a situation like this, don't you think Diana would be in a helpful mood?
Lotte: I-I would think that, b-but you know they don't get along. D-Diana looks d-down on her because of her b-background.
That was one of the only things I hated about this place. If you weren't from a magical family, then you were looked down on. Akko was always on the receiving end of it all.
Y/N: I won't! I will help her Lotte. Don't worry about it! She is not going to get kicked out and she will love her dream to become a witch!
Akko had got up to something the other day during the "party". I would've been with her, but Amanda wanted me to stay with her.
So I obviously had to do that. I couldn't have Amanda upset.
Lotte: Th-thank you Y/N! You're the only person I could ask so I'm glad that you're up to it!
Y/N: She is my friend as much as she is yours Lotte. I care about all of you and what you all wish to accomplish!
Lotte smiled sweetly.
Lotte: Amanda chose really well! And I'm lucky to have a friend like you!
Y/N: Heh. Thank you Lotte.
Lotte: You're welcome. I'll tell Akko that you're willing to help!
Y/N: My only worry is that she won't take it and try to do it herself. Or come up with some ridiculous plan.
Lotte: Oh she'll...accept the help I think. M-maybe after she comes up with some ridiculous plan though!
The two of us laugh as I gather my things and stand up from the chair.
Y/N: Tell Akko I'm on board with it and am available whenever she would like to do so!
Lotte: I will! Again, thank you so much Y/N! I'll make it up to you I promise!
