Chapter 19: The New Kid

[Y/N POV]

Not much had happened after my old school came to visit Luna Nova. It took us quite a while to get Lotte back to her normal self again after she was harassed.

She opened up to the headmistress about what had happened and she said she would sort it out with the headmaster of my old school.

I merely wished her luck trying to speak to him, because I just knew that he would flat out deny that any of the boys there were capable of anything like that.

Y/N: Well, at least those knuckleheads won't be visiting ever again!

Amanda: You can say that again! I don't think any of the girls were happy at all the whole evening!

Y/N: Mhm....anyway, let's move on from them now! We got other things to focus on!

When I said that not much has happened recently, there was this whole thing when Akko was acting a little weirdly.

I did approach her to ask what she was doing when she was carrying a whole bunch of books to class, she told me that she had made a deal with Sucy that she would carry her books to class for a month.

Along with a whole list of other things. The thing about it was, that Akko said to me she was sure it was a dream.

I would've asked more about it, but I could tell that Akko was just really confused so I just let it slide.

Amanda: Hey! Weren't we gonna head into town with the others later this week? They said they were gonna be taking a trip there! Didn't we say we would join them?

Y/N: I-I think so? Even if we didn't, we should go anyway! It'll be nice to get out of the school for a few hours!

Amanda nodded and kissed me gently on the lips and pat me on the shoulder.

Amanda: Yeah it would!

Just as I opened my mouth to reply, there was a knock at the door. Curious, I quickly turned around and opened it. On the other side, was the headmistress.

Y/N: Headmistress? Is there a problem?

Holbrooke: No problem! I just need to talk you you Y/N. Come with me.

I looked at Amanda who nodded and gestured for me to go. Nodding, I step out into the hall and closed the door.

Y/N: So? What do you need to talk to me about?

Holbrooke: You were right when you said I would get nowhere with that headmaster from your old school. He didn't want to hear anything of what I had to say.

I groaned and grabbed my hair and began to pull it.

Y/N: I swear! He's just the biggest-! No I won't say it...let's just say it would be too inappropriate.

Holbrooke sighed.

Holbrooke: Well, I did tell him that they would no longer be welcome here.

Y/N: Good! Thank you headmistress! You've made the right decision!

Holbrooke: I feel that I have as well. It's for the safety and comfort of my students. Now, there was one more thing he mentioned to me.

I raised an eyebrow.

Y/N: What is it?

Holbrooke: He told me that one of his students was interested in transferring here. I told him I would get back to him on that because I wanted to get your verdict on the matter.

Already, I could tell who this was because of the conversation we had that night. At least I was hoping it would be Alex, but I was ready to immediately block anyone else from coming here.
