CHAPTER 6

KUN POV

I picked up the phone when I saw that it is my mom calling. "Hello, mom? What's wrong?" I asked

"Yuxin will also be home late due to joining her club. Mom thought you two could go home together, it's a pity if Yuxin went home alone." Mom answer

"Ok, I'll look for her when I'm done," I answered back. Mom loves Yuxin very much, she even called me because of Yuxin even though I also went home alone but she was more worried about Yuxin going home alone rather than me, her own son. Ahhh...

I looked for Yuxin in the room where she's been training these past few weeks. I stood in front of the door looking around the room looking for Yuxin, and when I found her, she was talking to a man I didn't know but whose name was well known on campus especially among girls. I don't mind them talking but it seems this guy likes doing skin ships with Yuxin and it bothers me a lot.

"Yuxin!" I call her with a loud voice making sure she can hear me.

She turned and glanced at me then went back to talking to the man beside her and walked towards me not long after.

When Yuxin arrived in front of me I kept staring at her, for some reason I feel like I really want to express my emotions right now. "What's wrong, Kun?" She asked with a confused face.

"There is nothing," I said trying to calm my emotions. I tried to avoid her gaze before I made a mistake and took my anger out on Yuxin, even though I knew it wasn't Yuxin's fault and there was nothing wrong with her wanting to talk to anyone.

Yuxin grabbed her stuff and pulled me to where I usually park my car.

YUXIN POV

I don't know what's going on with Kun, but he seems very displeased. Not wanting to be the center of attention and afraid we'd get in trouble I finally decided to take Kun to his car, hoping I could cheer him up later so he wouldn't look as serious as he is right now.

I sat in the driver's seat and Kun sat in the passenger seat. "Is there a problem today?" I asked starting the conversation.

"Nope." He answers shortly

"Oh come on Kun I know you have a problem, you've been pouting since calling me earlier," I said. I'm really not used to our relationship like this but after a few weeks, we've become closer because Kun often comes home early now and I'm always at his house after school based on aunty's request.

"I'm really okay Xin." Answer Kun. He doesn't seem to want to talk about it and I don't intend to force him.

"Okay, then let's go find something to eat," I said happily. Because Kun isn't comfortable talking about his current mood to me, so I think eating something will make his mood better.

"Ok, let's change our position, I'll drive." He said

"Nope, you won't be able to drive if you don't focus, I should just drive," I said with a big smile on my face.

"You can drive?!?" Kun asked in surprise. No one seems to know that I got my license two days ago. Shuxin is the one who usually drives and my parents only left one car at home so I didn't have a chance to drive it because Shuxin was staying at a friend's house for the past two days and brought the car with her.

"Yeah, I got my driver's license two days ago," I said proudly because I could finally drive myself.

"Are you sure? Aren't you nervous? This is a real car, not a go-kart you usually drive, you can't hit the cars around you." Looks like Kun is no longer angry, he now looks really nervous after hearing I'm going to drive. Is my driving technique so unreliable?
