Castiel pov

Y/n was trapped in heaven and they needed my help. They didn't deserve to be there yet. It wasn't their time.

"I've gotta figure a way in."

"Castiel." Someone said

"Oh no."

Turning around, I saw two of my brothers guarding the portal to heaven. Their Angel blades were ready to stab me at a moments notice.

"Brothers let's not get into a senseless fight. I need to find someone."
"We know." One replied

"So they did know I'd be back."

"Then you understand why I'm here."

My brothers looked to each other and then back at me.

"We're sorry Castiel... but we can't let you see them."
"NOT ON OUR WATCH ASSHOLES!" Dean yelled

Dean and Sam flew out from behind some of the trees and bushes, tackling and managing to knock out the two angels. Dean looked up at me as he and one of my brothers fell to the ground.

"Go Cas!" Dean yelled

Without a second thought, I ran towards the portal to heaven, jumping into it as I saw it open, landing onto the cold and hard white tile of the floor.

"Cas?" Someone called

I got up and looked behind me, noticing a fairly short person with (hair color) hair and bright eyes.

"Y/n." I said

I walked up to them quickly and hugged them, making sure nobody heard me.

"Cas oh my god it is you!"

I nodded and grabbed their wrist.

"Come on. We don't have much time." I said

Y/n nodded and walked behind me as we continued on our way.

"CASTIEL!" Someone yelled

Both Y/n and I froze on the spot.

"Hannah." I muttered

I turned and pushed Y/n behind me, shielding them from whatever Hannah was about to send at us.

"Castiel you're saving a human soul. A dead human soul. Why?"

I looked back at Y/n and then at Hannah.

"The world needs hunters like Y/n. They need Sam and Dean. The world needs the Winchesters."

Pushing Y/n back, they fell into the portal that I knew was there. After seeing them fall into it, Hannah sent two angels after me.

"Castiel I can't allow this. You're betraying your own people!"

Kicking me in the legs and side, the angels got me to fall to my knees. I looked up at Hannah as she went to slice the blade at my shoulder.

"Sorry Hannah... but Y/n and the Winchesters are my people." I spoke up

Pushing Hannah away as she swung, I ran past the two other angels and flew into the portal, landing back on the dirt.

"Cas!" The three Winchesters yelled

Y/n was the fastest and almost fell on me as they dropped down on the ground next to me.

"You angelic idiot." They said

They rolled their eyes as Dean and Sam laughed.

"I've missed you." I answered
"I've missed you too." Y/n answered

They gave me a hug and then Dean and Sam joined in. With the three Winchesters, I knew I found my friends... my family.

"Thanks for saving me Castiel." Y/n muttered
