chapter 8| introducing...

the sound of my alarm disturbed my sleep. I rolled over and hit it to turn it off, but instead it fell on the floor.

"Fuck" i whispered.

"Yah! No swearing in my christian household!!!" felix said kicking my door down.

How the hell did he hear that?

"were not even religious" i mumbled in my sleep deprived voice.

"Well- ...Turn your alarm off!"

I rolled out of bed, and by rolled i mean... rolled... onto the floor, And done as he said.

"Your really just gonna stay down there all day?" Felix questioned, looming over me.

"Fuck off"

"yAH!"

i went to stand up but instead hit my head on my bedside table. I actually hate this day.

By the time i was up, out of bed...and felix was gone, i had washed up, got dressed and done my hair.

I pulled open the blinds and saw water droplets splattering and racing down my window.

just what i needed  '-'

I scoffed as I walked away from the depressing sight.

I grabbed my lunch that mum had made (with a little note), and walked out of the house, saying bye to felix.

1st and 2nd period were crap.

Even tho I now had a free period, it didnt really make things much better, seeing as i didnt have anyone to spend it with.

I decided to go up on the rooftop that changbin had showed me, thinking that Maybe i could work on the greenhouse, or think of ideas for it.

once I got there I watered some of the plants that looked like they could be revived, and dug out the ones that were hopeless.

I wonder why they abandoned this? or was it even used? how did it get up here? WHY is it up here? thoughts like this continued to circle my head while tidying everything up.

I stepped back and looked at my progress so far. it wasn't much but it was definitely an improvement. At least All the rotting stuff was gone.

I took my phone from my back pocket and checked the time.

13:20, just in time for lunch!

I got my bag and ran down the 3 flightes of stairs, stopping in front of the hall doors. I caught my breath before walking in.

that's when I saw Kiera and Courtney sitting at the normal table, and I remembered the event from the day before.

gosh, so much has happened in only the first week of being here...

then it hit me, where was I gonna sit? I looked around and saw.. no whe-

"EA! watch Where your going!-" I sounded annoyed, and I was. my day hasn't been the best so far, and I really didn't need to be pushed over. ive already been on the floor once this morning.

"heyyyy, your Felix's sister right?"

huh?

I looked up from the ground to see a handsome guy, around my age,with dark hair and vainy arms. He held his hand out to me.

"I-err-ye, I'm Felix's sister" I took his hand.

he pulls me up from the floor.
