Capítulo nueve, día veinte cuatro, veinte cinco y veinte seis

Chan ignored the dream that day, mainly because he woke up to a text from who he labeled as "cute grocery store boy." He couldn't help it though, he found that stranger cute and knew he would hate himself if he didn't speak to him just a little more.

He was quite surprised when Seungmin asked for his number, and was even more surprised when he received a text from an unknown number later that evening saying, "hey, I'm the grocery store boy Seungmin :)"

So with a quick response and a good amount of texts later, Chan was comfortable saying he had found a new friend and he was looking forward to telling Felix and Changbin about it the following day. And all while Chan was thinking about talking to Felix and Changbin the next day, the grocery store boy had already taken the time to call his friend, "Felix! Thank god you answered, something happened yesterday and you're like, the one that would tease me the least."

"Okay that's fair, what's up," Felix replied from the other line.

"I met a guy yesterday," Seungmin said.

"Oh?" Felix replied with a teasing manner in his tone.

"Not like that," Seungmin replied.

"Oh," Felix said.

"Well maybe I don't know," Seungmin added.

"Oh?" The tone was back again.

"Anyway, what happened was my cart and his cart almost ran into each other, so we both apologized and then went on separate ways but then I was trying to reach a cereal box and I stepped on the bottom shelf to hopefully reach the box, but I stumbled back and suddenly, this guy was there again," Seungmin explained.

"Cliche, I love it," Felix spoke into the phone.

"Oh yeah, it was very cliche, I just stared at him for like fifteen seconds because, he was really really handsome and then he was like, 'hey it's you again, you okay?' And I just mumbled out that I couldn't reach the box and he offered to get it for me so I stared at him while he grabbed it for me and I then he went to walk away so I walked over to my cart and he called out to me and was like, 'hi, I'm Chan, he/him,' and so I said 'I'm Seungmin, also he/him' and we spoke for a minute before I asked him for his number and he gave it to me and we talked for a bit last night and I texted him a little bit ago but he hasn't replied," Seungmin explained.

"Okay woah," Felix breathed out, "all that happened in like what, ten minutes?"

"Less," Seungmin replied, "but Lix he seemed really nice and he was really handsome, he was a bit taller than me and he complimented my shoes."

Felix chuckled, "so basically what I'm hearing is, you might have someone you're interested in romantically."

"Slow down there lightning McQueen," Seungmin said in English before switching back, "I didn't say that. I need some advice though."

"With what?" Felix asked.

"I wanna see if he'd wanna hang out, and like, talk? Get to know each other? I don't know if he'd want to, I don't feel like making him uncomfortable," Seungmin sighed.

"You said his name was Chan? That he was blonde and a bit taller than you?" Felix asked.

"Yeah," Seungmin answered with a nod before rolling his eyes at himself, Felix couldn't see him.
