Andra POV:
As the room fills up I get more and more nervous I stay in a corner near the food and drinks and away from everyone because I didn't want any elders to recognize me and create a scene
As I stand in the corner Kai goes and greets everyone and I notice how some girls are all over him
Seeing that makes me boil with anger but Kai ignores all the girls and continues greeting everyone else
Suddenly I hear a ding in my purse and take out my phone to see a text from Caroline
Caroline: Hey Andra where are you?
Me: I'm at the ceremony with Kai why did anything happen?
Caroline: Nope nothing happened
Caroline: Actually something did, Bonnie managed to fix my mom of her cancer somehow with magic!
Me: Caroline that's amazing but doesn't Bonnie hate you?
Caroline: Yeah but her and Elena love my mom, she did this for my mom not for me
Me: Oh. That's ok at least your mom is cured now!
Caroline: Yeah anyways I'll go you can go back to doing whatever you were doing with Kai
Me: Care wait I'm actually bored. I'm kinda avoiding his coven and standing in a corner right now and Kai is greeting everyone so I'm pretty bored
Caroline: Ok I'll stay, soo when did you guys get to Portland?
Me: A few hours ago, we booked into a hotel and got ready and got to the compound as soon as we finished washing up
I hear footsteps approaching me and turn around to see Kai
"Hey whacha doing?" he asks softy
"Texting Caroline hold on"
Me: Hey Kai just came I have to go byee!
Caroline: Ok byeee
I put my phone away and look at Kai
"So how'd the greeting go?" I ask with a smile
"Great looks like basically everyone likes me" he says
"I can tell" I mutter quietly but Kai hears me
"What?" he asks confused
"Nothing" I say quickly trying to change the subject but he arches an eyebrow indicating me to answer his question
I frown and sigh "those girls were all over you" I mumble and Kai's face twitches into a smirk
"Aww were you jealous?" he asks teasingly
"Shut up"
"Your so cute when your jealous but don't worry I'm all yours baby" he whispers in my ear and I feel heat creeping up my cheeks and butterflies in my stomach as I smile
That was so hot
He pulls me in by my waist and places a kiss on my lips
After we pull away I see one of the girls that were all over Kai earlier looking at us, she looked kind of mad so to piss her off even more I smirked at her which caused her to look away
"I think everyone accepts me as leader-except my stupid father of course and I think some people aren't so happy about it but they can't do anything about it so that doesn't matter" Kai says and I nod
