Your eyes opened and you saw the haziness of your dim bedroom and the sun rays poking through the blinds of your window. There was yelling from downstairs, probably from your uncle trying desperately to find something else to get money from. You rolled your eyes, lazily getting out of bed and slipping your feet in your slippers. Yawning, you checked your phone, seeing texts from your friends being glad about you being home.
You were going back to school today. Back to your so-called normal life. You trudged down the stairs to find Jon arguing with some guy on the phone about a job. You already knew this wasn't going to be an easy day.

"So then- this is the funny part- I got up and asked for their autographs!" Miki laughed, telling the story to your group of friends. "I don't know how I got so bold, but I mean I got to talk to Sero because of it."
The group of girls laughed and one pointed her fork at you. "Y/N, you've been quiet all day," she popped a chicken nugget in her mouth and spoke through her chews. "I wanna know more about your trip!"
Another girl nodded in agreement. You raised an eyebrow. "There's nothing to say, really."
"Oh stop being so humble, Y/N!" One of them whined. "Did you do anything with that handsome boy?"
"I really didn't-"
"Stop holding out on us!"
"Yeah, Y/N~ tell us EVERYTHING!"
"In very deep detail too."
You were getting annoyed. Plus if you told them everything it wouldn't fucking end well. You sighed and pushed yourself off of your chair, closing your eyes and counting in your head to avoid blowing the fuck up. "Oh- Y/N?" Miki gave you a concerned look. She knew you were on edge. She held her hand out to you, about to touch your arm in hopes to calm you down, but you swatted her hand away.
"I'm fine," you breathed out. "I just need some air."
Hopefully, they took the hint. They were dumb, though, so most likely not. Once you got outside of the cafeteria, you held onto your chest for a moment, taking a deep breath in.
"I fucking hate it here," you mumbled to yourself, taking out a piece of gum from your bag. You expected to come back home and everything would be okay again. But no, the fucking presence of that two-toned annoying bastard haunted your halls as the rumors of your 'relationship' spread.
