•Jude's POV•
"What do you mean she didn't make it to the Celestial Kingdom!!?" I roared, angry and annoyed.
"M-My l-lord... She must've jumped out of the carriage.. For all we know, she c-could be d-dead." The castle carriage driver, Bisca stuttered out wearily.
"Haha!!" I laughed.
"She's gone! I got rid of her!!" I screamed in joy.
"M-My lord... What shall we tell the other kingdoms?" Bisca's husband, Alzack, asked. He held his crying wife in his arms. A few tears escaped his eyes as well.
"I say.. We should tell them she's dead! Then we won't have to worry about her anymore!" I was so happy I couldn't even explain it. Lucy, that peasant, she reminded me to much of Layla and I will hate her till the day I die.
"R-Right away s-sir." The two made their way out of my quarters, silently sobbing. Why do they care about her? She's nothing! Does she actually mean something to them?
Enough of that foolishness. I dismissed my silly thoughts and began to jump around in glee.
•Lucy's POV•
I was walking close behind Natsu towards the place he called home which was a cave with many rooms. I was lost in thought and didn't realize Natsu had stopped.
"Natsu why'd you stop-WOAH!" We both stood in front of an 8 foot tall door, big enough for a dragon to get in.
"Where are we?" I asked.
"My room." He said happily. Natsu quickly opened the door, and we walked in. There was a huge bed with dark blue sheets in the left corner of the room, a closet on the left, and what looks like a in the far right corner bathroom. But when I turned around, I couldn't believe my eyes.
"Natsu, who's the girl?" There was a blue cat, with wings, that can talk!
"A-A talking blue cat!" I stuttered in amazement.
"I have a name ya' know!" The blue cat cried out.
"Well, what is it then?" I asked curiously.
"Happy!" Natsu yelled excitedly.
"Aye!" Happy exclaimed, holding out a paw.
"Nice to meet you Happy, I'm princess Lucy Heartfilia." I giggled, shaking his little blue paw.
"Ah, so Natsu finally got a princess." Happy went from happy to surprised.
"Happy!" Natsu whined.
I was extremely confused. What did Happy mean by that?
"Why'd you leave me here alone Natsu?" The little blue cat cried.
"You were sleeping and I couldn't wake you up. So come here." Natsu held out 2 claws motioning the cat to come over to him. But then, he held out another claw for...me?
"Come on, you too." He told me.
"M-Mr?" I asked shyly. Why me? Why did he pick me? Why did he bring me here and not leave me by the stream?
"Yeah you." He chuckled, picking me up by the back of my dress with his teeth. Natsu trotted over towards his giant bed, then proceeding to jump on it with a lot of enthusiasm. I was stuck in the middle with Natsu and Happy on either side of me. Geez, Natsu reminds me so much of a little kid.
"Goodnight you two." I said, sleep over coming me.
"G'night Lucy and Natsu." Happy said sleepily.
