Day four in the hospital and Chisoo was ready to be out.

The boys would stop by after school and bring her the school work she missed, they would accompany her as she completed the work, then would spend time with her before they had to leave again. Mr. and Mrs. Ju stayed up there as much as they could, but they had careers and a child to tend to.

And that was okay, Chisoo told herself, because Haknyeon was their child and would be their top priority.

But she also wanted to be reminded of the feeling of being prioritized by loved ones.

She stared out the window of the hospital and watched the rain fall against the window. She and rain had a love-hate relationship. She liked the mood it set, but she didn't like the memories attached to it.

She jumped slightly when the door to her room opened, but she was relived to find Sangyeon. Chisoo couldn't help but notice the guitar case he was lugging around - her guitar.

"Younghoon told me to bring this," he smiled as he gently set it down next to her bed. "They have a patient talent show tomorrow night."

She nodded slowly. "What does that have to do with me?"

"Well, you're a patient here and you're talented," he pieced together as he leaned against the wall next to her. "Seems like a good opportunity to me."

"It's sweet, but I'm not doing a talent show." Chisoo refused.

Sangyeon sighed. "Some of the younger kids in this ward already saw me bring your guitar in. They're looking forward to it, Chisoo."

"I would rather stay here, in my bed where no one can see me," she shrugged. "I'm probably not even strong enough to play yet, anyway."

The door opened again and both of them looked over as Haknyeon and Younghoon walked in, but Sangyeon looked back at the girl. "You never know unless you try."

"What?" Haknyeon asked as he set his bag down. "The talent show?"

"I just don't want to," Chisoo cut in with a curt nod. "Maybe some other time."

"When is she getting discharged?"

"The doctor said a few more days at most," Haknyeon sighed as he poked at his food. "The dosage she took and the fact that she's so underweight didn't mix well, so they have to make sure her body recovers correctly."
