Chapter 7: School Trip Pt. 2

A/N: Someone asked me why does it seem like there's no pandemic in this story. It's because there's no pandemic. I made this book to escape the bad shit happening in the whole world this past few months/years/days. I just want to escape reality, but bring the good things with me. So I left the bad things and brought the good things in this book. I think that's a vague explanation, but to put it simply, I just wanted to think of living in a world without a pandemic, a terrorist group capturing a whole country, leaving a lot of people stranded and scared and a lot more. Same shit, different year.

They arrived to the train station and Y/N sat on the bullet train's seats, but he was separated from his friends because there was only three seats on one side and two seats the other side.

Y/N was about to close his eyes to sleep, until...

"Y/N-kun, is the other seat free?" Baal asked

"Yeah..." Y/N said

Y/N looks at his friends who was giving him thumbs up along with Baal's friends.

"Thank you." Baal sat beside Y/N

The bullet train starts moving and both Y/N and Baal opens their phone. Y/N received a message from Yuzuha.

[Onii-chan, have you arrived yet?]

[Not yet.]

[Eh... Send me a pic! I miss you already!]

[No.]

"Damn it, why did I raise her to be clingy." Y/N said in his thoughts

Y/N takes a pic of his hand and sent it to Yuzuha

[No fair! Hmph! As long as you bring me souvenirs and tell me about your trip everyone, it'll be fine!]

[Yeah, yeah]

Y/N turns off his phone and stares at the window.

"I wish we could arrive there already..." Y/N said

Y/N's phone suddenly rings and he answers the call. Diluc and Zhongli wanted to have a videocall with him.

"What is it?" Y/N asked

'Are you there yet?' Zhongli asked

"It's the same question as before!" Y/N said in his thoughts

"I'm not." Y/N said

'Bring us souvenirs when you come back.' Diluc said

"This bitch!" Y/N said in his thoughts, pissed

"Yeah, yeah." Y/N said

'Good luck.' Diluc said

"Yeah, love you two, no homo though." Y/N said

Y/N and Baal talked to each other on the way and they finally arrived. They got out of the bullet train and they rode a buss to head to their hotels after doing a roll call.

Their hotel was a 5 star hotel. The room had exactly two beds only, but wide enough to let three people sleep on it. Both Childe and Y/N shared a bed and Thoma shared a bed with Kaeya.

"Where are we going before free time?" Kaeya asked

"Hokkaido shrine." Y/N said

"Oh..." Kaeya said

The class sections headed to Hokkaido Shrine and explored there a little bit. After an hour there, they were given free time, but they were supposed to come back before 6 am and head back to the hotel.
