"Okay I'm gonna park the car you run Arwen. Go go go." Hector says the second before the car stops abruptly the tires screeching loudly as if to tell us that this was not a good idea.My seatbelt is already off and I don't waste a second before I open the car door and my feet hit the hard concrete.
It gives me some kind of grounding as I use the new found strength to push my feet off the ground and practically fly through the entrance doors of the airport. The security guy gives me a weird look but I ignore it while I search the big bold screen with frantic eyes.
I need to know which gate he has in order to find him obviously.I catch it quickly and groan when I see that I have to get to the top floor.
"Of fucking course this idiot takes the gate that's as far away from me as possible." I grumble earning a few weird glances before I shake my head and start running towards the elevator pushing the button a few times.
I tap my foot impatiently while I cross my arms, anxiety filling my body like a never ending wildfire.
I push the buttons again but it still doesn't open up making an old lady clear her throat.
"Do you have a problem?" I snap making her eyes widen offended.
"Excuse me young lady that's not how you speak to a woman my age."
"Well I just did." I say before I push the buttons again and sigh.
This is never going to open I have to find another way."The elevator is not going to open any sooner with your pushing." She says a grumpy look on her face.
"Well that's pretty sad because the love of my life is going to leave this country without knowing that I don't want him to leave so I'll stop waisting my time and talk to you. Thanks for the important message." I say before I leave her standing and search for some kind of doors that could lead to a stairway.
I see a dark blue door that has the sign of stairs on it and let out a relieving breath before I push it open with my body.
In a matter of seconds I climb the stairs as fast as I can not taking a break while my hands get clammy with every passing second that I waste.
My heart beats erratically while my sides start to burn, my lungs screaming at me to stop so they can get some proper air into them.
Despite all those alarming calls I ignore them and don't stop running the steps until I see the saving door and let out a big breath before I push it open.
Once I step outside I stop, my eyes widening.
This floor is filled with million of people how am I ever going to get through them?Okay no I can do this, I'm probably gonna have a few bruises but this is my last chance.
I push the sleeves of my shirt up and regain my strength before I start to push myself through the crowd. It's not like I can really run because it's so stuffed. I feel like I'm at the mall on Black Friday.
Some people yell at me or give me weird looks but I jog through them as good as I can after the longest five minutes of my life I see the shining sign of the right gate."Thank god!" I yell and jump throwing my fist in the air making a man in a suit look at me confused.
"Sorry." I say embarrassed before I rush over to the table of the woman to get through security.
"Hi I need to get to that gate I don't wanna fly believe me but there's someone I need to see that is taking the flight. I can leave you my purse or whatever as an insurance." I rush out making her raise a brow.
