*The Next Day*

Skylar pov
"You will follow the instructions on your table with your partner" the science teacher says and sits down at her desk
I close my notebook and glance over at Calum who is already starting. He sighs fustrated and drops the metal stick
"This is stupid" he says
"You're stupid" I say and grab the metal sticks and wires
"Says you" he mumbles with a huff
I roll my eyes and connect the wires to the two metal sticks. He watches me and looks away filling out the worksheet. I tie the wires around a stop watch and stick the metal sticks in a half cut apple turning on the stopwatch.
"How did you even do that?" He asks
"Its simple.." I say filling out the questions on the worksheet
Our teacher walks around looking over at everyone working on the same experiment and stops at our table and smiles
"Good job you two" she writes something on her clipboard and walks to her desk
"I need to speak to you after class Skylar. And Calum" she says serious and everyone looks at us
"Okay.." I mumble sinking down in my chair

After the bell rang me and Calum walked over to Ms. Brown looks at us. She puts a pile of papers to the side and smiles
"So I noticed you are a straight A student Skylar." Calum holds a laugh
"And I want you to tutor Calum to raise his grades"
Both our eyes widen and I shake my head
"What?! No!" He protests
"If you want to go to prom. Then i suggest you take this option" he groans and looks at me smirking a bit
"Alright"
"You're dismissed" she says and I walk out, Calum following

Shan pov
"Hey Sky!" I say waving at her when I walk in our last class
"Ello" she says and I laugh
"I still need to get used to your accent"
"I still need to get used to your aussie accent" she says and I laugh again
We sit down and see Michael and Calum sit with us at the round table. I look over at Sky and see her cringe at Calum and look away. I avoid contact with Michael and look through the script
"Everyone practice your parts!!"
I stand up and look at Michael who is smirking at me
"Ready to dance?" He asks and I shrug
"I guess.." I mumble
He grabs my wrist and spins me around as we start dancing the parts for the beginning of the play

"You suck at this" I mumble and he sighs looking at his lines
"Im trying just calm your ass" he mumbles
"End of practice!! The groups will go to someones house and finish practicing"
"My house?" I ask Shan and she nods
"We'll be there then" Michael says and walks away with Calum
"They sicken me" I groan and she nods agreeing with me
"Well I hope we get this over with" he sighs looking at her parts in her script
