That familiar feeling of battering of butterflies in her stomach as she approached her new school.
"It's going to be alright," she reassured herself, walking over to the front desk.God had some other plans for her.She tripped.
Before she could flatten her face on the floor, she felt a hand grabbing her from behind. Her cheeks turned red in embarrassment as she stood up and bowed.
"Thank you for saving me..."
"Not a problem... Are you new? I haven't seen you around here before ."
She lifted her head, and made eye contact with her Savior for a split second. His features were well spaced and set, and everything looked like it had been carefully measured and put in place.
"Yeah... It's my very first day," she said as he smiled at her.
"Good luck then. If you need any help, you can ask me "
"Thank you... "
"See you around then. I got to go "
She nodded her head as he waved her hands at her, taking his leave.
"Idiot," she cursed, when she realised she forgot to ask for his name.Dragging her feet towards the office, she stared at her schedule.
"Well, not that bad... And we don't have math today. What a lovely day! " She grinned.
She had another task to accomplish-finding her classroom. Taking huge turns towards the corridor, she managed to find the lockers."Can't wait to fill up my locker after class," she giggled.
"Classroom, that's what you should be searching for now," she reminded herself as she walked through the corridors.
"Third floor, wasn't it?" She mumbled to herself, spotting a chatty group of girls.
"Excuse me," she called out.
All the attention was now on her as they snapped their heads towards her. She felt uncomfortable when they stood there scanning her from head to toe.
"I'm new to this school. If you don't mind, can anyone of you show me where this classroom is? "
"Sure, why not? " A girl with long brown curls spoke, before taking a peek at her schedule.
It's on the fifth floor, fourth class towards the right."
"Thank you" She bowed at them and the smirk planted on the rest of their faces didn't go unnoticed by her.
"Something's fishy," she thought to herself, while climbing up the stairs. It took her a few minutes to reach the fifth floor, only to find it deserted.
"Those bitches," she cursed under her breath.
He briskly rushed out of the classroom, escaping from the hell hole. Taking a heavy breath, he manages to reach his hideout. But his steps came to a halt when he spotted the girl who he had come across a few minutes back.
"Hey" he called out to her.
"Thank God!" She breathed a sigh of relief as she spotted her Savior once again.
"Got lost, didn't you? " He chuckled watching her take big steps towards him.
"Someone tricked me," she breathed out.
"I got your back.. Let me escort you to your classroom "
" Thank you... and I'm Kang Jenny " She held her hands out in front of him.
"Myself Kim Seokjin.. but you can call me Jin" He shook his hands with hers.
"You're so lucky," he mumbled as he went through her schedule.
"Why so? "
"You're sharing the same schedule as mine."
"So... That means we are both in the same class. Cool " She giggled, walking beside him.
