Taehyung sneaks into her room and searches for Jenny, but she isn't there. Tiptoeing upstairs, he discovers her peacefully sleeping, all curled up, cuddling onto her plushie. A smile forms on his face as he watches her, pouting in her sleep. He decides to wake her up half an hour later, and she yelps when she sees him.
" Please don't tell me you sneaked in through the window," she groaned when she noticed him cutely nodding.
"I've already finished my notes. I'll help you with yours."
"You're the best," she exclaimed, pulling him into a hug. He returned her hug, trailing behind her to her room downstairs.
"I'll start with your business ", He said as He sat across from her, listening to her humm in response.
" And I'll go for accounts," she said, determined to finish it.
An hour passed while she sighed heavily and stared at Jin's notebook, which depicted an endless ocean.
"I'm going to get something to eat from the kitchen. Do you want something?" She inquired, nudging him with her foot. " No I'm good ", He mumbled, jolting down the notes.
She hoisted herself from her desk and walked to the kitchen, where she grabbed a snack pack. She trudged back to her room, her phone glued to her hand as she scrolled through her Instagram feed.
" What is your friend Seokjin like ? ", She asked curiously.

" Eomma, I'll be late tomorrow because I have a group project to work on," he said hesitantly, his gaze fixed on his mother, who was sitting in the living room.
" Be back before the curfew ", She said as she flipped through her magazines.
"I will," he mumbled as he made his way upstairs to his room.
He collapsed onto his bed and stared at the ceiling.
Loneliness, along with the events of the day, left special burns on his heart. How happy they were before Jack arrived. A lonely tear fell from his eyes as he pondered whether the world would be better off without him. His mother will no longer be ashamed of his existence.
'I want to cut,' he mumbled as he walked towards his washroom, where he had hidden his razor. He slid against the door, taking deep breaths and staring at the bandage she had made for him. He ripped off the bandage, pressing the cold blade against his skin and making another cut. As he stared at the fresh-cut, blood oozed from his arms, his lips quivered with both pain and pleasure.
"I've got it all in my hands. Just a little longer, and you'll be free of this misery, " He reasoned, closing his eyes and taking deep breaths.
His heartbeat was faster as he pulled out his phone, his heart pounding as he saw the user ID. Jenny.
" Hello," Jin said softly, barely above a whisper.
"Hello there, Jin... Will you be okay if we do the project at your house tomorrow?"
"It's... I'll have - "
"It's fine if you're not comfortable with it... ", He exhaled a sigh of relief but then panicked when he heard his mother calling out for him.
" I'll call you back," he mumbled as he hung up the phone.
He wasn't sure if he had time to treat his wound, which was on the verge of becoming infected. After rinsing the wound with water, he turned on the shower and stepped into it. He exited the shower, wrapping a towel around his waist. He quickly changed his clothes after dressing the wound and storming down the stairs.
"Eomma, you called for me?" Jin inquired as he approached her in the kitchen.
"Jin, could you do me a favor? Could you please go down to the convenience store and get me a bag of flour? ", His mother requested, and he agreed. He climbed inside and maneuvered it through the crowded street. As he made his way inside the store, he pulled out his phone to call Jenny, informing her of the inconvenience of doing the project work at his house.
When he saw an Instagram notification, a smile appeared on his face. Jenny had shared a photo of them with the caption "Forever and always! "
