A/N: Hello! This is my first Oneshot on here so hopefully, it doesn't suck. I hope you enjoy it!

It was finally time. After years of waiting, Remus and Sirius could seal their love in the court.
*3-29-2014, 7:30am*
Sirius woke up to the blaring beeping coming from his alarm. He got up sleepily to shut it off so he did not wake a sleeping Remus laying next to him in their bed. Once Sirius was successfully out of bed he headed toward the washroom.
"After all, being this beautiful takes time," he said to himself, flipping his hair causing him to chuckle slightly.
"Hmh, what's happening?" Remus asked, awakening from his slumber.
"Aw, crap! Sorry, I woke you. You don't have to get up yet," Sirius apologized.
"It's fine, I'm up now," Remus said, stretching and letting out a big yawn.
"Well, this isn't exactly what I had in mind for waking you up on our big day." Sirius started, walking over to Remus.
"But here we are," he finished, pecking the werewolf on the cheek.
"Good morning to you too, gorgeous," Remus flirted, bringing his lips up to meet Padfoot's.
"Someone sure flirtatious this morning," Sirius commented, earning another peck from Remus.
"Okay, now I've got to go make sure my hair is extra beautiful for the ceremony," Sirius continued.
"Fine, I guess I should get ready too," Remus said.
*Time skip 20 minutes*
"Pads, come on!" Remus called up to his almost husband.
"Coming!" Sirius called back, bounding down the stairs like an excited puppy.
Sirius stopped short at the bottom of the stairs wearing his jet black tux with a purple bow tie, his hair pulled back in a ponytail. He stood there for a moment staring at Remus in his tan suit with a purple tie. Remus asked if something was wrong.
Padfoot shook his head no before saying, "It just, you look, wow" was all he managed.
Remus chuckled at this walking over to where the man, his man, was standing.
"You look wow too," he teased Sirius, giving him a peck on the cheek causing Sirius to turn bright red.
"I love you, Moony," Sirius said, tearing up.
"I love you too, Pads. Don't cry, you're going to make me cry!" he said, swallowing back his happy tears.
"I won't, it's just a lot. I finally get to marry the man I love most," Sirius said, allowing himself to get sappy
"Save it for the altar. Are you ready?" Remus asked, holding out his hand.
"Been ready 40 years," Sirius replied, taking his werewolf's hand.
The men apparated to the castle hand in hand.
*Meanwhile at Hogwarts*
"McGonagall, they'll be here in 40 minutes, are you ready?" Lily asked.
"Yes! I will be out in a moment," the headmistress called back through the door.
"Okay, everything has been set up in the great hall," James informs Lily.
"Great, now hurry along and change into your suit," she said, pushing James away.
"Guests are checked in and in their places," Harry confirms with Lily.
"Perfect! The boys should be here any minute," Lily said.
"Here we are," Sirius says, pulling the door open for Remus.
"Speak of the devil! There you boys are. Harry, show them to the entry of the Great Hall and I will go cue up the music," Lily instructs.
"Already done. The music's already going, we just have to make sure it's on the walk down song," Harry interjects.
"Okay, then I'll take the boys to their spot. You know the signal?" Lily asks Harry. Harry nods and hurries away.
"The signal?" Remus gulped, starting to freak out.
Sirius notices and grabs Remus's hand to comfort him whispering, "It's alright. We'll figure it out."
"I always knew you would be a 'we' couple," Lily overhears.
The two just smile and exchange a loving look.
"Okay, enough of the mush. Let's go," she says, leading the way.
Sirius and Remus walked up the aisle to their song. Once they reached the altar, McGonagall started her speech.
"Hogwarts is honored to host one of the wizarding world's first same sex marriages. We all join here today to celebrate the love of these beautiful men," she pauses for some cheers. "Remus Lupin and Sirius Black met on the Hogwarts Express in 1971/ They fell slowly at first, then all at once. I watched them as the line blurred between friends and more than. I, as their transfiguration teacher at the time, would conspire with Dumbledore about what would happen next-" she pauses when James interjects.
"Woohoo, go Minnie!"
"As I was saying, I watched these two fall in love and I am honored to seal their love with the law," she finishes.
The boys blushed as the crowd cheered them on.
"Do you, Sirius Black, take Remus Lupin to be your lawfully wedded husband through financial riches and debt, in good health and poor health?" McGonagall asks Sirius.
"Of course," he responds.
"And do you, Remus Lupin, take Sirius Black to be your lawfully wedded husband through financial riches and debt, in good health and poor health?" she asks Remus this time.
"I do," he responded.
"Now please recite your vows," Minerva says, giving Sirius the floor.
"Remus Lupin, I knew from that day on the Hogwarts Express that you were something. I watched you in school as you completed your assignments effortlessly well dealing with your furry little problem and trouble making friends. I'm still mesmerized by everything you do big and small," Sirius said, choking back tears.
"Now, I place this shiny piece of metal on your finger and promise to never stop loving you."
Sirius slips the ring onto Remus' finger. A chorus of laughs and cheers erupts from the crowd.
"Now, Remus," McGonagall said.
"Padfoot, I love you with all my heart and I promise I will always be here for you no matter what. I cherish the moments we've spent together in the past 40-ish years of our relationship. From late nights once a month with the Marauders to stargazing in the Astronomy Tower. From baking together to helping raise Harry. You've always been there. I love you."
Remus slides the ring onto Padfoot's finger.
"As more than a friend, in case that wasn't clear," he adds, getting a laugh from their guests.
"You may kiss the groom," Minerva tells them.
The two share a short but sweet kiss, earning cheers and "aws" from the crowd.
