Peter who was in the thick of the battle felt Katherine's light before he saw it. A heat like a supernova shot through the air in the dark before the blinding light came. The Narnians shielded their eyes as the giants turned around to see why this brightness had appeared from their side of the line. However they turned to see nothing left except Katherine, who still had a glowing aura around her body and Raiden who was now in his wind spirit form. The bubbling metal from the giants' armor was all that was left of their fallen troops.

Then everything was happening at once. Both Raiden and Katherine shot off into the remaining ranks at an inhumane speed, Raiden taking the left flank whilst Katherine took the right. The giants let out yells as they charged at the Narnians with newfound rage as Peter led a unit down the central part of their army. They were making quick work now of utilizing the giants' ankles as their weak spots.

However, this didn't mean they weren't suffering any losses. Painful cries of fellow Narnians broke through the night as giants kicked away oncoming soldiers. Then suddenly a foot was looming in front of Peter and by quickly pulling his reins he successfully dodged the oncoming attack. But as he looked behind him he watched it catch Greywish and with a sickening crack Greywish's spine snapped in half. Peter made a move to turn around to reach him, however Greywish who was now permanently disabled watched with horrified eyes as the same foot came down at an alarming speed and he was instantly crushed.

Peter seemed to freeze in the moment as he felt his friend's hot blood spray across his cheeks. Then he turned his unicorn sharply as he dodged another attack. He had learnt from an early stage of his ruling that you can't afford to bring feelings into battles. It can cost you your life. So he made a silent farewell to his friend as he charged into battle heading straight down the middle. Cutting through the ranks until he could get through to the other side.

Meanwhile the left flank of giants was being completely decimated by Raiden's tornado. Although his tornadoes might not have done much damage to the giants on their own, Katherine had already seen a way through this. The flank they had hit the hardest was not actually the center but the left flank for the very reason that she would get the soldiers to discard their throwing knives in the initial part of the attack. Now the forgotten knives had been picked up by Raiden's wind and as Katherine thought, the thunderstorm within the tornadoes created an electric effect that caused anything that came in contact with Raiden's tornado to be instantly shocked to death.

Due to this strategy the Narnians still by the left flank had evacuated immediately after the blessing of Aslan was used. The Northern Giants were being cornered.

Katherine herself was still running off the Blessing's power. Slicing through both ankle protector and flesh in consistent double slashes of her twin blades. However she knew this couldn't last long, especially with the magnitude she was using at her pace, she was bound to burn out soon.

There was no need for much worry though as she watched the left flank finally fall out of the corner of her eye. She felt the sun's first rays beginning to blossom as she sliced through yet another ankle, watching carefully as the Giant toppled slightly to her left. There were now just over 20 giants remaining. Each looking to be around 15 meters tall. A bugle sounded, which informed Katherine of the retreating of the injured and she looked to see Peter's blonde hair still part of the remaining crowd. She refocused her energy on a Giant that was lumbering towards her. She felt her energy provided from the Blessing beginning to fizz out.

This was a problem, if she was on foot facing the last few giants without the blessing's help she would struggle to stay alive let alone fight. As the Giant neared she dodged his predictable kick and instead stabbed her swords into his bare inner ankle but before she could slice away the flesh a bright light encompassed her and the sword flew out with her as she shot up into the middle of the sky.
