Y/N's POV: So, I'm the only girl in CNCO and I've been dating Jade from Little Mix for about 6 months in secret. The only people whom know about it is my bandmates and her bandmates. But it's became a issue with the management. (Just imagine CNCO and Little Mix are on the same label)

Me and Jade get pulled into a meeting with Simon Cowbell.
"Girls, here at the management, we don't want two lesbians dating. If we want success, the two of you must be straight. Boys don't wanna fuck you just to find out that you are gay, do they?" He rudely tells us.
"Why does it matter whom we date? That is a little homophobic, Simon" Jade speaks up, bravely.
"It hurts the image of this label and more importantly, it hurts my image. Who wants two f*****s on a label?" He explains, pissing the two of us off. "And you won't do anything about it otherwise, you're out of your respective bands." We sigh and leave the room, but I can tell that Jade wanted so bad to slap the teeth out of his mouth.

I return to the studio and find the boys laughing. Richard notices my expression and asks, worried "Y/N, you okay?" I shake my head and explain the whole situation to them. Now these boys are like my big brothers, they are so fucking protective of me so you could obviously predict their reactions.
"He said what!?" Zabdiel exclaims, astonished by what he's hearing. I nod so he continues "We are talking to Simon 'bout all this bullshit"

Later: We pull up to the main office of Syco Records and find Little Mix.
"You here to also argue about what Simon said to Y/N and Jade, huh?" Leigh-Anne asks as we pull into the parking lot. I nod then we all walk into Simon's office.
"Can I help you all?" Simon questions, not looking at us.
"We're here to bloody well complain about what you told Y/N and Jade" Perrie replies in a aggressive tone.
"And what exactly are any of you gonna do about it?" Simon scoffs.
"Number 1. Who the hell cares about if they date men or women?" Christopher starts "This is the 21st century!"
"It's not a good look for the label!" Simon yells "and its not a good look for me either!"
"Who actually gives a shit about your reputation?" Jade exclaims. "Cause none of us d-"
"Jade, shut the hell up" Simon interrupts her.
"You don't talk to my girlfriend like that!!" I snap out of nowhere, the normally calm one yelling at the boss.
"I'll talk to Jade however the hell I want Y/N" He chuckles.
"If you're gonna treat the two of them like this, then we want out of this label!" Zabdiel exclaims with all of the boys agreeing.
"And the same here! Fuck Syco!" Perrie adds. And just like that, we all leave not just the building but the label as well.
