Y/N POV:
I'm currently waiting at the airport for my girlfriend's plane to land. They've just finished up their tour and are heading home for a break. I hear over the loudspeaker that their flight may be late due to rough weather. I look out the weather and notice it starting to snow a bit. It's Christmas in 2 days and this is Leigh and I's first Christmas together. Well hopefully....

4 hours pass:
It's been nearly 4 hours since the announcement and there is still no sign of the plane landing. I take a seat and wait. I continue to witness happy families being reunited but no sign of that happening for me.

2 hours pass:
Okay this is getting annoying, they were meant to be home ages ago. I know this airline can't control the weather. I hear another announcement over the loudspeaker "Flight 282 will be arriving shortly. We apologise for the delay." I sigh with relief and even begin to notice the plane arriving onto the runway.

Leigh's POV:
Finally back home in England after a 9 hour plane journey. I cannot wait to see the love of my life after 5 months of being apart. I grab my suitcase off the conver belt and search for her but I can't seem to see her. Pez bumps into me accidentally "Can't see Y/N, babe?" She asks
"Nope, I can't see her anywhere!" Worry etches across my face thinking that she isn't here. Pez just turns my body in a direction and I finally see her. I whisper thanks and she replies as I make my way over to my girlfriend whom seems to not have noticed me just yet. She notices me and gets up and rushes over towards me.
"Baby!" She exclaims with excitement as I wrap my arms around her tightly and lift her up. "I thought your flight wasn't gonna make it!"
"I'm not missing another Christmas, never again!" I tell her. I kiss her, softly. Her fingers run up my back and mine lay against her waist.
"You don't understand how much I missed that, baby." I say. She smiles and tells me "Well, you should get used to it. Because I'm gonna make this Christmas one to remember"
