Trama is the worse.
Trama makes it so sometimes you can barely breathe, where your thoughts are too dark, and you do not think there is light at the end of the tunnel.
But there is always light. You just have to find it. Whether it be a person helping you through or even an animal. Find that one magical thing that helps you.
Remember, you are not alone.
