Chapter 2

Once I got home, I took another shower to wash away the days grim off my body. When I finished getting dressed, I decided to do some light cleaning while singing along with Mary J. Blige as she sang Be Without You.

I heard a knock at the door and lowered the volume to my TV. I walked to open the door and tripped, stubbing my toe, on the table.

"Fuck!", I cried before rubbing my throbbing toe.

I opened the door and was met with a rock hard chest.

"Hey, are you ok?", The stranger asked, standing in front of the door, hands stuffed in his pockets.

I looked up and recognized the green haired hero from early tonight.

"What the hell...", I saw that he wasn't in his hero costume but in regular casual clothes.

I saw his muscled arms and chiseled chest from the shirt he was wearing.

"Gah dayum", I whispered as I kept trailing my eyes down.

I glanced at his crotch and saw a bulge. I raised a brow.

'Good to know he won't disappoint'

"Yeah, I'm fine", I said with a small sigh as I continued admiring his body..

He suddenly cleared his throat. I looked up and saw that he had a light blush on his face.

"Why are you here and what's your name?", I asked, acting as if I wasn't just checking him out.

"I'm Izuku Midoriya. The one with the rent offer", He replied.

"Sorry, we didn't have an appointment, but I'm quite in a hurry and...well my friend... she said I should check this one out since I need a place", He said sheepishly rubbing his neck.

"I don't live with boys...unless you don't count my older brothers", I said with a small smile.

"I can imagine why... but I'm really organized and I'm a really quiet roommate"

I raised my eyebrow at his comment.

"I guess I can do a primary interview", I said, a smile creeping on my face.

"Would you like anything to drink? Some water? Tea? Juice?", I asked as I led him to the dining room.

"No, thank you", He replied.

"My name is Y/n L/n, but I guess you know that already since you clicked on my offer", I started.

"I'm just going to ask you some questions, ok?", I asked.

"Yes", He nodded.

"Are you doing anything other than saving lives?", I asked.

"I'm going to University to continue my studies, I'm in my second year now", He answered.

"How did you find out about my offer? You mentioned your friend", I said.

"Oh...she um said that she knew you and that you were a nice person...so I decided to take her word for it", He said.

"What's her name?", I asked.

"Ashido...Sorry, Mina Ashido", He answered.

I inwardly groaned.

'Mina, playing Roommates to Lovers, really?"

"She's my cousin", I sighed.

"I kinda noticed", He said.

"Huh? Is it cause I'm black? And here I thought you were eligible", I joked.

"N-no! I-It's because you have photos of your family members on your wall and I happened to see one with you and Ashido on your Graduation", He stammered.

"It's fine. I was just joking", I giggled.

"Oh...", He chuckled nervously.

"You are very aware of your surroundings, I'll give you that. No wonder you're a great hero", I gushed.

I watched as his face turned red.

"Anyway...I've never lived with a boy...like alone", I mumbled.

"I won't hang around naked, if that's the problem", He replied with a light chuckle.

I couldn't help but give a light giggle.

"...Unless, of course, you want me to..."

I looked at him with wide eyes and saw he had a teasing smirk plastered on his face. His posture changed and he leaned back into the chair.

'My good lord! This man is a switch...Give it to me Dom Daddy'

I laughed and shook my head.

"Nah, that won't be necessary...", I said with a smile as I leaned back in my chair.

"I think...", I started but then I was hit with an epiphany.

"Holy fuck! Izuku Midoriya, I remember you! You were UA High's golden boy! I was there for you guys' graduation and you gave your valedictorian speech", I gushed.

"Though, I never got to meet you since I was with my family the whole time and then we went out to eat to celebrate with Mina", I explained.

Izuku gave a small smile.

"So...will I be able to live here?", He timidly asked.

He was a hero and he was one of Mina's classmates. He wouldn't hurt me, he seems way too nice and sweet to do so.

"You are able to live here", I smiled.

"Thanks. I'll just go pick up my things and then we will be roommates"

"Wait...where are you living now?", I asked.

"I'm living with a friend...but we...We are just not very comfortable living with each other...anymore", He said the last part quietly.

"I guess we should lay down some ground rules", I said.

He nodded.

"You can practically do whatever you want. Parties are fine on weekends, but if we have important exams to take that is a no...", I started.

"You can have your lil friends come over as long as I am not home and as long as she is gone before I do get home. Make sure THOSE activities are strictly in your room", I said with a light smirk.

His face turned red.

"That's about it. You have any questions?", I asked him.

"Nope", He shook his head 'no'.

"Would you like to see the rest of the apartment?", I asked.

"Just my room is fine", He answered.

"It's the one on the left", I pointed my finger to the hall where the rooms and bathroom was located.

"The bathroom has two doors, one for my side and one for yours. Please make sure to knock before entering and I'll do the same", I said.

"As for cooking, I'll do it-"

"We can take turns. I'm not that bad of a cook, since I've had the practice at my other place", He offered.

"Well, I'll cook tonight. It should be done before or after you get back. Are you allergic to anything?", I asked, pulling out some hamburger and spaghetti noodles.

"Not that I know of", He answered.

"Alright. Well, get on now. We don't have all night", I smiled.
