Chapter 31

Izuku's POV:

I wiped Y/n down before jumping into the shower. After I finished, I got dressed and pulled the covers over my future wife, pressing a kiss on her forehead before I left the room.

I gently closed the door to our bedroom before making my way to the kitchen for a glass of water. I jumped a bit when I saw Jessica and Mrs. L/n, talking in the dining room.

I decided to ignore them as I got two glasses of water for myself and for Y/n when she woke up. I began to cut apples, rinse off some grapes and strawberries so Y/n had something to eat.

"Had fun, I presume?", Jessica asked.

I sighed as I continued to fix a plate of fruits and snacks for my fiance.

"We are talking to you, Boy", Mrs. L/n stated with a frown.

"If you are asking about what happened between Y/n and I, expect a grandchild or two within the next nine months", I huffed as I turned around.

I stared at their faces which were full of shock.

"What? You asked", I muttered.

"What do you see in her? Honestly", Jessica asked as she crossed her legs.

"I see a beautiful woman, who will become my future bride and the mother of my children", I glared at her.

"Y/n, isn't fit to be a wife nor is she fit to become a mother. She's too carefree and wants to have fun, not do something serious with her life", Mrs. L/n sighed as if it caused her deep pain.

"Singing is her passion and I will be right there to support her in whatever she chooses", I crossed my arms, clearly annoyed about the way they were talking about my fiance.

"Oh, c'mon, Mr. Number One Hero. You seem like the type of guy that wants a woman with a stable career. If you like I can set you up with my little sister! She seems to be just your type-"

"I would appreciate it if you were not to talk about my wife that way", I growled.

"We are just worried about you and your heart", Mrs. L/n said innocently.

"I'm fine and I've been the happiest man since Y/n has been in my life. Now if you excuse me, I have a Queen to take care of", I angrily muttered before grabbing the small tray that consisted of food and water.

"You won't always be able to protect her, Izuku. You are a hero, for crying out loud, Y/n would be in danger. Imagine if you added children into the mix, what if something or someone hurts them?", Jessica asked.

"You are just trying to get under my skin. But if you must know, anyone or anything will have to get through me first if they EVER want to hurt my family. If they touch as much as them, I will make them wish they never did", I stated before walking out of the kitchen.

I smirked to myself as I walked away. Their mouths agape as they were frozen with shock.

"You might wanna close your mouth, wouldn't want any flies getting in", I taunted as I walked back towards the bedroom.

I walked back in just in time for Y/n to wake up. She rubbed her eyes as she slowly sat up.

"Careful, Princess, I kind of bruised you a bit", I mumbled.

Y/n let out a gasp as she looked under the covers to see my fingerprints on her skin. I laughed sheepishly as she gave me a playful glare.

"Here, Baby, drink and eat up. I know you're thirsty and a bit hungry", I smiled as I laid the tray on her lap.

"Thank you, Baby", Y/n smiled.

I bent down to steal a kiss from her lips before laying next to her.

"I talked to your mother and Jessica. I wouldn't even call it 'talk'", I grumbled.

Y/n hummed and nodded before putting a grape towards my lips. I opened my mouth as she popped the grape into my mouth.

"What about?", She asked as she slowly stroked my cheek before drinking some water.

"They were trying to put me against you. Against us", I groaned as I rubbed my face.

"...I knew they were gonna do something like that", Y/n said quietly before biting into a strawberry.

"I told them off about disrespecting you", I sighed as I laid on her shoulder.

"Your so good to me, Izuku"

"I just want us to have a clear communication. No secrets cause then we will both end up hurt", I frowned.

"I agree. Is there anything else that you said to them or them you?"

"...They were in our business, so I told them to expect a baby or two from us", I muttered.

"Izuku!", Y/n, laughed.

"What? They should learn to mind their business", I muttered.

"But a 'baby or two'! I can't believe you said that", She laughed, holding her stomach as she wiped tears that were falling from her eyes.

"Well, believe it. Cause I'm pretty sure that from earlier events, we will be expecting", I laughed as I pressed a hand on her stomach.

"At least wait until after we are married", Y/n beamed as she kissed my lips.

"No promises"

"Izuku!"
