The beach party was so fun! For the first hour, Maya and I made a big sandcastle, that Diego threw a ball at.😔 Then Marcus picked me up, and suddenly threw me in the water, saying it was revenge. We played in the water, and then dried ourselves up for a BBQ!!
I went downstairs to see what Abuela was doing, but I was stopped by Marcus, who came in-front of the doorway. "Ow...Marcus!" I whined, "let me see Abuela!" He smiled a big boyish smile and took me to the theatre room, where a clip played from me being a baby, to being a troublesome 10 year old, then to a moody teenager, and then finally....me ending up as me. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Maya came and hugged the life out of me, and soon after, we were all in a group hug.
Later that night, we went to the bar....again. I went to the toilet to re-touch my make-up, when I met HER! I ignored her, cause no way was this person was ruining an amazing birthday for me! She gasped and spoke to me, "Tricky or should I say Sofia right?" I nodded not even bothering to look her way, "I promise you, what you saw in that gala night, wasn't true, I'm his younger sister!" The word 'sister rang through my head', "look, he saw a bunch of guys with me, and told them to run away because I was his girlfriend, and I know Sofia it looked wrong, but that was all it was, I promise you!" I looked at her through the mirror, she did look like Jake in a aspect, maybe she wasn't lying, "how do I know you're speaking the truth?" I expected that there would be a long gap, but she almost answered instantly, "when you were singing, he looked like he was in a love daze, and when that boy pulled you for a dance, I could see jealousy and anger written all over his face!" I sighed and mumbled, "I'll let him explain himself tomorrow." With that she squealed, hugged me, and walked out of the bathroom with one last words that left me shocked," can't wait to have you back sister-in-law!"
