it was 2 am in the morning and florine couldn't sleep. she was home alone for the day until saturday which is 1 day after this day. since it's 2 am, it's already friday. she sighs, looking at her ceiling that has pictures. her whole ceiling was filled up; and she loved it, she loved how every corner and bits is filled and she loves how she remembered some of the memories and how she doesn't.
she sighs as she stood up, and turned on her lights, her eyes squinted immediately. she took a look of her room, it was literally empty. it's huge, but empty. she only had the typical things; dresser, a small room of closet, her bed, un-decorated windows, and her ceiling poster. of course, she have her bathroom, and also she had air-con and a fan. to her, the room was empty. the walls were not painted, it was white. she sighs, and then took out her phone; knowing exactly what to do.
she calls luke. after 3 times ringing, luke finally answered. "hello?" he groans, his voice was deep and rusty. "l-luke" then luke groans, "yes, florine?" then florine giggles, "can you bring me to the mall? we need to re-decorate my room." then he sighs, "can you call me like at 9 or 10? its like 2 am." then she nodded, "yeah sure." then hung up.
she sighs, looking at her ceiling. i need to take off these. she thought, and then rolls up her sweater sleeves and start on pulling the posters and pictures out, revealing the white ceiling. then she throws the posters she kept the pictures. she looks through them, the first picture was her and mali together in the beach when she was 4 and mali was 6. then there was pictures like her and her mom, dad and there were some with her and calum or mali. then she found one picture that she doesn't quite remember, but it was familiar. there were 4 boys around her, and they were in the park. the 4 boys was around her, making a circle around her as she was covering her ears, while laughing.
she noticed calum was one of them. but she can't figure out the other 3. "oh well i should keep these." then she keeps them inside a box and then lay turns off the lights, and then goes back to sleep.
the moment she woke up; it was 11. she takes her phone,and then saw luke's messages.

she giggles as she stood up, and walks out her room, seeing luke playing on his phone. "lucas!" she shouts and luke immediately shot his head to her and rolls his eyes before taking his view properly. he coughed awkwardly,his face was turning red. "why are you red?" she asks and he points at her. she was wearing luke's white oversized shirt which reaches above her knees and she was wearing nothing but her black underwear. she was also wearing a high knee black socks. "oh. well ignore it i'm lazy to go up and change" then he just nods.
"i'll just get ready." she says and then walks upstairs and then start getting ready. she took bath, changed, blow dried her hair, wore makeup, and walks out her room, seeing luke playing games on his phone. now that she took a look at luke's outfit, it was just a green-day shirt with black skinny jeans. and coincidence, she wa wearing a green-day shirts with ripped shorts and her black martens.
"lets go" then he takes her hands and walks out as she locks the door and closes it and then they went in his car and start driving to the mall. "when you try your best but you don't succeed" luke suddenly sang. "when you get what you want but not what you need" florine softly sings.
then they start having a duet. "you really have a nice voice. you should sing more" then she laughs sarcastically, "stop joking." then he rolls his eyes "some jokes are mean't to be the truth"
