A Glimpse Into The Past

You were laying on the couch at your aunts house. You were thinking about everything that happened yesterday. You thought about how Amanda was worried for you to the point that she'd start to act like a mother.

You: (I should be sharing more things with her... But those visions... That nightmare...)

You fell asleep on the couch, drifting off into sleep.

You open your eyes and are greeted by a weird scene. You lift your head up and feel something weighing you down. You push yourself off the bed and almost fall flat on your face. You pick yourself up and feel your chest. Instead of feeling your shirt or even your skin, you feel iron? You try hitting it and are greeted by a metal sound, almost of if you were wearing a chestplate.

You: Why am I wearing armor? And where the hell am I?!

You take a look at your surroundings and notice that you're in a room, but the walls seemed to be made of stone. There were no windows, and the only light in the room was one torch. You grab it and leave the room.

You look around where you were and try to find anything that might explain what's going on, but all you found was just a dark hallway.

You: Okay, I'm definitely dreaming, but about what? I don't know why I would dream up armor but I guess I did.

You keep walking through the dark hallway until you come across something. It looked like a slightly opened door. You walk closer to it and you suddenly hear what sounds like clashing blades. You open the door and peek through. It looked like a training ground. Two people were fighting with weapons. One had a spear, while the other seemed to have a katana.

You: (So I'm in medieval times then. Not that it was any more obvious by the armor. But why does one of them have a katana?)

???: You ready to surrender yet Sayaka?

Sayaka: You.... Wish....

???: You're clearly tired.

Sayaka: Ha! That's only for a small while. You may get stronger the longer the fight goes on, but I'll still win!

???: And you think your Spear can beat me and my Katana?

Sayaka: My Relic is stronger than yours Deter!

Deter: We'll see.

The one known as Deter charged at Sayaka and insane speeds and swung his Katana.

Deter: Almace!

The sword glowed red as Sayaka tried to block it. The weapons clashed and Sayaka got flung into the wall beside you.

Deter: You give in now?

Sayaka: Ugh... Fine..

Deter gives Sayaka his hand and helps her up.

Deter: Oh, hey Zodiastar, didn't see you there.

You: Huh?

You looked around for anymore but saw no one but you and the two warriors.

Deter: Uh, you okay dude?

You: Who are you talking about?

Deter: Ha! Look at the jester. No but seriously, are you prepared for the war, do you have the spell ready?

You: Uhh, yep! (What spell?!)

Deter: Good, we wouldn't those monsters escaping after we defeat them!
