Amanda slowly opened her eyes and tried to move her arms, but quickly realized that they were chained down.
Amanda: (What the, so that wasn't a dream?!)
Amanda kept pulling at the chains, trying to break them off, but only hurting her wrists in the process.
???: It won't work. Trust me, I've tried.
Amanda: Huh?
Amanda turned to her side. She looked around, only seeing glass. She was in a box as she turned to the source of the voice she heard. She came face to face with a guy looking to be about a year older then her. His face was battered and bruised, as he looked defeated.
Amanda: Who, are you?
Alejandro: I'm Alejandro, but you can just call me Mega.
Amanda: Well, Mega, any idea as to where we are?
Alejandro: It's basically a prison. We're in these glass boxes because of those bastards.
Amanda: Let me guess, the AMC?
Alejandro: How'd you know?
Amanda: Lucky guess.
Alejandro: Welp, get comfy. We're gonna be here a while.
Amanda: So you're just planning on giving up just like that?!
Alejandro: I've already tried escaping. There's no one coming for us.
Amanda: Wait! My friend! They're going to know I'm missing and-
Alejandro: And what? Find a secret base just like in an anime. This is real life.
Amanda looked around her cage, trying to find something, anything that would help her.
Amanda: How'd they even get us in here?
Alejandro: I don't know, they had some mask on.
Amanda: (Mask?! No.... There's no way we can beat him without YN...)
Alejandro: I can see the look of defeat in your eyes. Trust me, I've seen that look way to many times.
Amanda: How did
Alejandro: Look around.
Amanda panned around the room, noticing that there were even more cages rather than just the two.
Amanda: Why-
Alejandro: Know this. Their "Boss" or "Master" as they call him, is a complete nutcase. He kept saying that I was some Relic holder, that I was capable of being one of the most powerful beings in the world.
Amanda: Wait a minute. YOU'RE A RELIC HOLDER TOO?!
Alejandro: Great. Now I'm hanging out with another nutcase.
Amanda: I'm not crazy. The Relics are real things. My friend can prove it, he's a relic holder too!
Alejandro: Could you kindly stop talking now please. I don't want to hear any of this anymore.
Amanda: But-
A door at the far end of the room opened, the sound of the hinges squeaking loudly.
Scientist: I see my new little lab rat is awake.
Amanda: Lab rat?
Scientist: Oh, and you're a girl too! I'm gonna have fun with you!
Amanda: Ew! What the fuck!
Scientist: OH I can't wait to hear your sobbing tears. The sound of despair as you cry out.
