I felt so hollow right now.

It's been four days since I last spoke with Arjel. The day his wife called me was also the day I last had a brief conversation with him.

Yes. Brief conversation.

Parang hi and hello lang then wala na. He promised he will call me back but it's been four days now and yet no texts or even a single missed call from him.

I was tempted to call him but I was also scared that it was his wife who will answer the call.

I'm thinking maybe they're too happy and engrossed with each other that he forgot all about me. But part of my mind is giving him the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps he was just so busy with his work that he forgotall about me.

But whatever it is it all boils down to one thing ..

Nasaunit kami ngayon ni Love. With Louie, Charles and Jessa. Inaya nila akong mag get together dahil hindi na daw nila ako madalas na nakakasama.

Well that's because these past couple of months whenever I have time I always spend it with Arjel. We only have a limited time together so whenever we have a spare time we always made sure that we are together.

" Kamusta na nga pala 'yung anniversary party nung business tycoon 'tsaka nung asawa nya? " Charles asked.

We're gathered on Love's living room habang umiinom. Louie looked at me ng may kahulugan. I know what he's thinking at alam nya din na ilang araw ng hindi nagpaparamdam sa akin si Arjel. I need someone to talk to and since he's already aware about me and Arjel I used to confide my problems to him.

" Okay naman. Despite the fact na masyadong grand 'yung gustong party nung asawa nya. " it was Jessa.

Sya lang kasi talaga halos nag aasikaso ng lahat dahil kung puede lang ay ayokong maging hands on sa anniversary celebration ni Arjel at ng asawa nya.

" What's the name again of that guy? " tanong ni Love after taking a gulp on her tequila. Nakaupo sa tabi nya ang boyfriend nyang si Charles.

" Arjel Dominguez. " again it was Jessa who answered.

Hearing his name makes my heart beat fast. And I'm trying my best to appear casual habang pinag uusapan nila ang boyfriendko.

" Guapo yun noh? Mukhang suplado lang. "

Charles looked at his girlfriend, " Crush mo? "

Hinampas naman ito ni Love sa braso, " Sinabihan lang na guapo, crush agad? "

" Pero, guys, alam nyo parang ang weird ng asawa nun. " ani Jessa. We all looked at her urging her to continue. " She's always bragging where they went or what they did. Kulang na lang pati sex life nila ikuento sa'kin kapag tinatawagan ko sya to report the progress of their party. "

I winced upon hearing that. Agad kong ininom ang baso ng tequila na hawak ko to hide my emotions. It was so painful for me to hear that but the most painful thing is the fact that I can't even show them that I'm hurting right now. It is much harder to keep suppressed pains because it's like tearing you up from within.

" Guys, can we not talk about them. " Louie chastised. He must have sense what I'm feeling right now because I felt him squeezed my hand.

" Siguro ikaw may crush d'un noh? Bitter lang ang peg! " Love teased him not knowing na tinamaan ako sa sinabi nya.
