"Gate of the Canis Minor, I open thee!" I summoned.
Poof! A small snowman that kinda resembles a dog, about the height of my knee, appeared.
"Pun, pun," it cooed.
I am a Celestial Mage, which allows me to summon the Zodiacs, as long as I have their key.
Plue, the snowman dog, followed me down the canal that I stroll by on the way home. I usually walk on the banks of it with Plue following behind me.
"Be careful, Lucy-chan!" The usual group of men on a boat warned me as I walked past.
"Thanks!" I called back, while thinking,"Yeah, right... Like I would ever fall into this."
Well, I guess that I could fall into the canal one day.
Life is full of surprises. Speaking of surprises, you wouldn't believe who I found sleeping in my bed as I walked through the door.
"NATSU!!!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs when I found him tucked under my pink blankets.
But that stupid idiot didn't even hear me, despite his acute sense of hearing. That guy was always coming through my window and using MY bed! I sighed. Happy, Natsu's blue Exceed, flew up to me.
"Wushy! You're back!" He meowed. I ignored him.
"Lucy.. KICK!!!" I yelled, slamming both Happy and Natsu against the wall of my bedroom. That finally woke up him up.
"Ow.. Lucy! What'd you do that for?" He whined. I rolled my eyes. He was so oblivious to his surroundings. Didn't he realize that he was sleeping in my bed? Without permission?!
"GET OUT!" I shouted. Natsu scrambled out the window with Happy close in pursuit. "AND USE THE DOOR NEXT TIME!!" I yelled.
Bring! Oh, I had gotten a text! I whipped out my phone. A message from Mirajane! This is what it said:

I just wanted to tell u guys that ur invited to my Great Sleepover Bash! It'll be tonight @ 8:30 sharp! Bring all ur things but no need to bring games, I going to have plenty-
Uh oh.. I thought. When Mirajane says games, she doesn't mean those lame games like Pin the Tail on the Donkey or Bingo.
It's usually Truth or Dare or Spin the Bottle. They don't call her the "Matchmaker" for nothing! Anyway...

There goes my relaxing night. Oh, well. I'll be sacrificing only one night for my friends.
Wait a sec! I checked the clock on the wall. It's already 8:15?!
Ugh.. what should I wear?! What should I wear?! I threw up my hands in frustration.
I just stuffed my PJs and a set of clothes in my duffle bag, along with toothpaste, a toothbrush, a comb, and a little stuffed bear.
I usually take careful time picking my clothes, but I was already late and you do NOT want to make Mirajane mad!
I took my bag and sprinted out the door.
