3rd person pov
A female with h/c hair was standing at the bottom of a large tree. She was looking up the tree and saw that sitting on a tree branch was none other then her boyfriend. They weren't mates yet since they decided that they were going to wait until they got married to mark each other. Her boyfriend was sitting on the tree branch hugging the tree with his eyes shut tightly.

"Ethan" Y/n says making the male pout as his ears go down and his tail wraps around the branch he was sitting on.

"Ethan!" Y/n says again hoping to get him to look at her. He opens his eyes and his purple eyes stared down at his girlfriend.

"What?" He asked snappily causing her to raise an eyebrows and cross her arms. Her ears to go back against her head and her tail puffed up slightly and flicked side to side to show her displeasure.

"Stop being snappy at me dumbass! Your the one who climbed the tree and got stuck" Y/n says making him pout and look away.

"Honey what are you yelling for-" Y/n's father, the alpha of the pack that they lived in, says while walking over to his daughter. The older male puts some of the papers he was holding into his pocket. Y/n stopped her father's question by pointing up to Ethan, who is still pouting, causing her father to snort.

"How?" Her mother asked walking over and standing next to her husband. Y/n sighed and rubbed the bridge of her nose.

"I have no clue. I turned my back for one second and then when I turned around boom!" Y/n said looking at one of the pack's hunters who apparently can't climb trees. Ethan wasn't weak enough to be an omega but he wasn't strong enough to be anything else but he was smart so he strived to be the best hunter their pack could ask for. Though currently he was in the top portion of the hunters but not the best.

"And he's one of our pack's hunters?" Her father asked making Y/n nod and move her arms to her side.

"Yeah apparently" Y/n states and continues looking up at the blonde male.

"And he can't climb trees?" Her mother asked making Y/n snicker.

"He can climb them...he just can't get down" Y/n sighed looking up at her 5'8 boyfriend.

"So how do we get him down?" The pack's Luna asked causing the pack heiress to snort.

"We? If you want him down then get him down. I'm leaving him up there. I told his dumbass not to go climbing trees anymore" Y/n says before turning and walking away. She heard Ethan squeak making her laugh.

*3 hours later*

The h/c haired heiress was sitting in the dining hall when Ethan burst into the room crying slightly then he angrily pointed at his girlfriend.

"You jerk! You left me on the branch!" He said making a few other people snicker. Everyone in the pack knew him he was a well liked hunter in the pack.

"I told you not to go climbing trees" Y/n says while walking over to him. He hugs her and she quietly leads him to the table.

Shh it's ok I'm sorry I left you" Y/n says calming the blonde male down. Ethan climbs onto his girlfriend's lap and snuggled into her neck.

"The usual?" A delta female, Makala, says. Y/n nods and the female hands some meat over.

"Ethan. Food" Y/n says making him turn his head. The two eat in silence causing him to calm down. Once he was calm Y/n turned his head towards her.

"Are you calm now?" Y/n asked he nodded and she smiled.

"Good now what upset you that much?" Y/n asked causing his eyes to look at the ground.

"I don't like heights" he mumbled and the heiress sighed.
