3rd person pov
Y//n was sitting in her usual spot at the bar drinking her usual drink in one go.

"Hey Y/n! There you are!" a male voice shouted making her turn her head to see an old friend of hers. Tyler Graham an Orphan who's become something like a brother to Y/n recently and the only person to know her true name. She looked him over and saw the green cloak hanging over his shoulders.

"Tyler I've been here all day" she says while ordering another drink which was soon placed in front of her.

"What's with the cloak Tyler? Didn't take you for a green color guy" she asked as she picked up her new drink. She took a sip of the drink as he saw next to her and ordered a drink.

"I got picked up by the Rooks due to everything you've taught me" he says and she looks down at the bar as she knew what he was going to say next.

"Tyler I know what you're going to ask and no you already know that I fly better solo" she sighed as she put her drink down onto the bar counter.

"Come on N/n please?" He whines making her sigh since she was thinking that she would have to drop another friend since everyone always joins a gang then gets pissed or bitchy when she denies joining.

"No Tyler. I'm not a team player please drop it" she groans and he frowns but shrugs and downs his drink.

"Alright. I'll drop it but just know the offer stays if you ever want to take me up on it" he says making her perk up and smile slightly since he's the first person to respect her wishes.

*2 hours later*

The h/c haired female's e/c eyes was staring at the wall silently listening in to everyone's conversations around her.

"Hello beautiful" a male voice says making her turn her head and see a male around her age, twenty-five, but he was a little taller then her. He had dark brown hair and his steel blue eyes were looking down at her. Resting on top of his darks brown hair was a plain top hat.

"Hello? Can I help you sir?" She asked as she put her glass down on the counter and fully turning towards the stranger.

"I've heard from multiple sources that-" he starts but that makes her huff in annoyance.

"If you are from any of the gangs running around then unless your paying me for solo missions I'm not going to work for you and even if you do pay me I'm not joining any of you gangs" she growled feeling tired of everyone in this city trying to recruit her for their gangs.

"Ok how about we just introduce ourselves?" He asked while sitting next to her with a wide grin plastered on his face.

"Just call me T/n (Thief name) nothing more" she says looking back at her half empty drink.

"Well then T/n I'm Jacob Frye" he says as the bartender places a drink in front of the newcomer.

"Hmm...Jacob Frye. The leader of the green coat gang better known as the Rooks...now this meeting is way more interesting" she teases before drinking the last of her drink. Once her glass was empty she placed her money onto the bar and stood up.

"Well then see you around Mr. Frye" Y/n says with a slight flirtatious tone as she leaves the bar.

*3 months later. Jacob and Y/n has been meeting everyday*

Y/n was sitting in the bar once again, she preferred using this bar to meet clients since it was public enough to deter assassination attempts on her life, her e/c colored eyes were focused on the bright red cross pendent that she stole from someone.

"Well Howdy there Mrs. T/n" Jacob says as the female thief put the cross away.

"Mr. Frye" Y/n says teasing as the male orders their usual drinks then he turns to the female.
