Just a heads up for anyone new, it's confirmed that the vision hunt decree started a year prior to the game's current events and in this book, it's been around for three years. So, I won't be going back and changing the storyline so that it can fit with the canon version since the time skip is kinda important to the plot.
Plus I drafted this story out back in December, like the reader's past with Fu Hua and stuff and then later on added Kazuha and his friend so it can be at least his cannon personality in the story, so there really wasn't that much details about the decree and stuff.
But yeah, just wanted to point that out.
