The Promise

"Ok, where are you taking me?"

"Shut up and follow me."

Soonyoung smiled and let Jihoon lead the way, completely oblivious about where the younger was taking him to.

"At least a hint?"

"No."

"A tiny one-"

"No, Soonyoung."

"The fact that I'm blindfolded makes it scarier, remember last time you did-"

"It was an accident! Besides, it was Seungkwan's fault anyways."

"We've been walking for half an hour-"

"Stop complaining, gosh!"

Soonyoung laughed as he succeeded on teasing the other, Jihoon rolling his eyes before continuing on dragging him through the city.

They soon arrived to a familiar neighborhood, Jihoon leading Soonyoung to their destination before stopping him, "We're here."

"Oh, really? Finally.."

Jihoon smiled as he took off the blindfold from Soonyoung's eyes, who squinted his eyes shut cause of the sudden light before opening them slowly.

His eyes widened at the beautiful view in front of him; it was the whole city of Seoul, the city lights shone and the dark sky of the night made it shine even brighter.

"Where..?"

"On top of my old building."

Soonyoung noticed Jihoon was right as he looked down, seeing Jihoon's old neighborhood before looking up to the view again, "It's beautiful.."

"I know. I used to come here so often, I don't really have time for it anymore."

Soonyoung turned his head to look at Jihoon, who had his gaze on the bright city in front of them.

He sighted as he knew better than anyone else how hard Jihoon's working lately, hell, they even fought for it.

He had to admit he was getting slightly worried for him..

But Jihoon could do it.

"I know, baby, but!" Jihoon turned his head to look at his boyfriend when he noticed the sudden pause, waiting for him to continue, "You're doing great. Please, you came up with such amazing Album, which, by the way, it's killing it! So many people ordered and bought it, and it's just our first album! Imagine how it'll be in a few years.. Besides, you're not alone.." Jihoon looked down at his fingers being intertwined with Soonyoung's before looking back at him, "You've got all the boys with you, you have me. You can even ask for help to the company? Just remember, you're not alone in this. We're Seventeen, not just, Woozi."

When Soonyoung noticed the sudden silence from the other, he immediately got nervous as he thought it was kinda weird to bring out the topic out of nowhere, "Sorry, I know it was kinda rando-"

Jihoon shut Soonyoung by placing his soft lips on his for a few seconds, soon parting away with a smile on his face, "Thank you. I needed to hear that."

Soonyoung looked down at his boyfriend, falling in love over and over again with that smile he had on his soft lips, "Don't need to thank me, Ji. Besides, everything I just said it's true, you don't need to go through this alone, ok?"

Jihoon slowly nodded before placing his gaze back on the view, staying silent once again.

Soonyoung did the same, placing his arm on Jihoon's waist to pull him closer, both of them enjoying the amazing view.
