Katsuki had done what he was supposed to, was a good son who had suffered through Christmas day with his parents and random relatives who had shuffled in and out the whole damn day talking about how tall he had gotten, how great of a football player he was, how handsome he was growing.
He had gritted his teeth through most of it, thru a fake smile but now the firey quarterback was the fuck over it and ready to get on the road and to his boyfriend.
He was tossing his bags in the car anxious to get going when his mother stepped out onto the porch.
" Be careful brat, and for the love of god Katsuki do not embarrass me! You behave yourself in front of his mother and be sure to tell her I would love to meet her! Oh and give this mystery boy a hug for me!" , she yelled to her son as he was climbing into his car.
Katsuki rolled his eyes putting his window down shouting back.
" What the fuck do you think I'm gonna do huh? Burn his damn house down?! And I'm not giving him a hug for you, you'll meet him in a few days."
A thought came to mind as he climbed back out of his car to tell his mother something he might not get a chance to before his little greenett showed up.
" Oi, about when he comes here. He's shy as fuck, and he has anxiety so don't make him nervous and shit. Tone it down a bit Hag, I don't want him to be uncomfortable"
Mitsuki raised both brows at her son.
" Who the hell are you and what have you done with my brat?!"
Katsuki narrowed his eyes.
" The fuck you mean by that?!"
" I mean my brat never cared about how anyone felt before let alone was so protective" , she said crossing her arms giving him a smirk.
He looked away briefly then back with a smirk of his own.
" Yeah well, no one was ever fucking worth it before. I'll see you in a couple days"
With that he was in his car and down the road leaving his mother on the porch shocked once again by whoever had made such a change in her boy.
Izuku was pacing the livingroom looking out the window every five minutes waiting in anticipation for his blonde quarterback that he missed so much he could hardly stand it.
His mother watched from amusement from the kitchen.
" You ever hear that saying a watched pot never boils? You keep staring out that window it's going to feel even longer before he gets here"
Izuku turned to meet her gaze.
" I know, I know... but I can't help it, I really missed him and..."
Suddenly the roar of an engine was heard one Izuku was very familiar with.
" Oh my god he's here !!!!!!!!"
Before Inko could say anything her son raced out the front door without a coat or shoes.
Katsuki had just climbed out of the car not even having the time to shut his door before he was tackled by a little greenett who was clung to him in a Koala hug.
The firey blonde almost lost his footing before he regained his stance and clung to his little shit who had jumped right into his arms and wrapped himself around his waist.
" Kacchan!!!!! I'm so happy you're here!"
Katsuki chuckled into his neck squeezing tightly.
" Fuck I missed you."
