As soon as Izuku had let his emerald eyes flutter open a few days later he was hit with a spark of happiness before he was even fully awake.
It was finally Saturday, finally the day Izuku had been working on and thinking about for weeks.
It was Apirl 20th to be exact.
It was Katsuki's birthday.
He sat up quietly in bed looking over at the firey blonde who was still soundly sleeping.
The greenett smiled taking in handsome features. It was so rare that he was awake before Katsuki so he was going to take full advantage of that.
He slipped from bed getting dressed quickly and quietly. He stepped to the side of the bed, grabbing Katsuki's car keys, kissing the blonde on the cheek before exiting the room on a mission.
Emerald eyes were full of determination that this would be a great birthday for his boyfriend from start to finish.
Katsuki's sleep filled mind started to come to life.
He laid in bed on his stomach ruby eyes still closed as he reached a leg across the bed searching for the soft warmth that is always curled up right next to him in the morning.
A frown instantly found it's way to his mouth when he didn't feel what he was looking for.
Ruby eyes slowly opened not seeing the normal messy mop of green hair on the pillow next to him.
The blonde rolled over onto his back with a groan wiping the sleep from his eyes, running a hand through slightly flat spikes.
" Freckles? You in the bathroom babe?" , he called out his voice deep, raspy with sleep.
He was ment with silence making him furrow his brow as he sat up sitting on the edge of his bed stretching letting the stiffness of sleep fall from his muscles as his mind wondered where the hell his boyfriend was.
He reached for his phone to see if there was maybe a text from him.
He was greeted with a string of text notifications.
