This Girl...

the best night...

When I woke up she was gone. I wandered if she was ashamed of being with a girl like me. I didn't have any classes today so I worked on writing some more music. Besides phycology I had always loved music but it was never really a career more of just a hobby. It helped me express my feelings, and with everything with Sage lately I needed it. I had seen a note on my desk it was from sage it said "Hey sorry I left I had to go to work. I work at the Cafe downtown making foam art you should visit sometime". I sighed a breath of relief knowing she wasn't embarrassed of me after all. She was so interesting unlike me. I was fascinated by her. I decided to take a quick walk to the Cafe to see Sage. There she was with her hair in a cute ponytail. She noticed me standing there. And asked me to come over. She said
"I think I know the perfect drink for you." She made me a hot matcha latte with a heart shape in it.
"Its a good thing you made me tea not coffee. Coffee makes me sick."
She said "its a good thing I didn't", and winked at me. I smiled and thanked her "How much do I owe you" I said.
She said "its on the house". I walked away and took a seat.
I took my laptop with me and decided to finish writing my song from earlier about 2 hours had went by and Sage had gotten off work. She sat down next to me and placed her hand on mine. "What are you working on "she asked. "Oh I'm just writing a new song "I said. "Hum I never would have thought you'd be a song writer but it suits you." "Thanks I smiled". "Let's get outta here, I have a place I wanna show you" She said. I followed her I would have followed her anywhere I guess that was my problem. This girl was different I couldn't help it. We probably drove like 2 hours away. We drove to this beautiful beach with a cliff overlaying it . It was starting to get dark but the sky was incredible. "Its beautiful here but I don't have a swimsuit" I said. She smiled "Neither do I I guess will just have to go in our underwear". Her see my body I couldn't do that. I mean I don't think I'm as big as people have told me. But look at her I can't compare.
"Um ok let's do this " I mutterd. We climbed to the top of the cliff and sat on the edge she looked at me and took my glasses off.
"You know you have very beautiful eyes" she said. "Thanks" I said blushing with a big smile on my face. She stood up and starting strippering so I followed her lead. She grabbed my hand "Lets do this" I said. We jumped in the water it was thrilling, I've never did anything like this before. We started spashing each other and she got close to my face looked me in my eyes and kissed me again. I felt this connection between us I couldn't explain it.
"If I'm being honest with you last night when you kissed me... that was my first kiss".
She smiled "Well thanks for letting me take it then."
The night went by so fast swimming, and being with her. "I have an idea let's get matching tattoos" she said.
" I don't know I've never done something like that before" I said.
"Well you did this with me my friend does tattoos just trust me "She said . I trusted her maybe to well which might have been my biggest mistake. "Ok" I said nervously. "I'll call my friend and let her know" she said. Nervously I muttered "cool".We got our clothes and headed to the car. She called her friend and we drove to the tattoo place. "Here we are" she said. I was so nervous I couldn't believe I was doing this. Secretly I've always wanted a tattoo but was to scared to to do it. But with her nothing scared me. We got the tattoos next to each other and she grabbed my hand.
"Hey it will be ok I'm right next to you" she said.
She gave me a sense of calm. I was ready beyond ready. We got the tattoos, it was her idea to get a big music note. Because of my love for music. It was pretty painful and long but so worth it. It felt amazing to do something new. Finally it was over and she whispered in my ear "Tattoos suit you."We payed for the tattoos and headed to the car. We drove back to the dorms it was already one in the morning by the time we got there. She walked me to my dorm and kissed me on the cheek. "Thanks for this, it was one of the best nights of my life" I said.
"Anything for you A", she whispered in my ear as she walked away.
