Sages eyes immediately met mine. She looked shocked seeing me there with the electric guitar in my hand. Alex gestured for her to come over.
"Guys this is my cousin Sage"Alex said. I just stood there staring at the floor. "Um me and Annemarie know each other we go to college together. " Sage said.
"Can we get back to practice now" I asked. Seeing her made we wanna burst into tears but I stayed strong. I wasn't gonna be weak anymore. We played the same song as earlier." Sage why don't you join and sing with Annemarie" Alex suggested. I acted nice and showed her the song. For a moment our hands touched but I immediately moved my hand away. We started the song. Of course Sage has an incredible voice. Great tone and was almost perfectly on key. She was so perfect I felt so jealous. There was no denying we sounded great together. And we had lots of chemistry but I started the band to distract myself from Sage not join a band with her. We locked eyes and in that moment the spark between us became so obvious. "That was incredible guys Alex said." Kelseys look on her face showed she knew something was up and she pulled me a side. "Thats her thats the girl isn't it" she asked. "Yes it is can we please not talk about this right now". I responded in a whispered. "You guys are incredible together, adding her to the group would make it so much better" Kelsey implied. " What happened to wanting to beat her ass" I said. "That was before I saw how talented and hot she is" Kelsey replied. "Fine she can join". I said rolling my eyes. "Sage would you like to join the group" Kelsey asked. Sage looked right at me and said yes. It was obvious she said yes to get closer to me. I didn't care I did it to keep Kelsey happy. We had practiced for about another hour. Finally I went to my car. My breath was heavy I was trying so hard to contain myself. Seeing her stirred up so many emotions in me. I face planted into my stirring wheel. I can't believe I agreed to this. I can never catch a break from this chaos. At least I can get away from her now I thought. I was wrong I lifted my head up and she was standing right there. "Hey, everything ok"she asked. "Yep well gotta go" I said. I drove outta there as fast as I could blaring music. I took a drive around to clear my head.  Then all I remember was a booming sound and suddenly everything went black.
