Billie looked at Fin with wide eyes.
it was about noon and Finneas, Claudia, Billie and I were all sitting in my living room on the couches talking about the album they decided to go ahead and put together. Finneas brought some recording equipment with him to Louisiana incase Billie felt proactive and she finally did, hell 3 days before she leaves. and they've decided to just wait for her new album to come out and she's gonna tour with that theme instead of wwafawdwg (oh what an era).
"wait. 'Halley's Comet' is about me? and i haven't even heard it yet? wowwwwww i'm offended B," i said to Billie, putting my hand to my heart joking as if i'm offended.
she looked at me with her face flushed pink. i could tell she was slight embarrassed but it was sooo cute.
"oh that's not the only song that's about you," added Claudia.
i rose my eyebrows and tilted my head a notch. "okay yall damn!" Billie yelled, before putting her face in her palms. "i was gonna show her when i was ready ughhh," she groaned.
"but you've sung 'Everybody Dies' and 'Getting Older' fully for me and even shared the stories behind them," i said to her in confusion. "and plus you've shown me some notes and ideas for other songs but not those. why?" i added.
"because G, it's different when it's about you. hell i don't know what your thoughts would be or if you'd even like it or not or-," B rambled before i cut her off.
"Billie," i said placing my hand on her shoulder. "you've never failed to amaze me in anything you write. i know i'll love it," i assured her, staring into her eyes.
she couldn't help but to blush at my words. "okay fine, play it one time before actually recording it," she told Finneas. he played the audio and she sat up. she began to sing and i swear my heart melted.

my eyes were watery as fuck. i was speechless. Billie looked down at the floor the whole time she sang from being so nervous but once she rose her head, i saw tears in her eyes too.
"y- you love me?" i asked her.
she looked at me in slight shock. and then nodded her head yes.

"i love you too B," i said with the tears starting to fall down my face.
she pulled me in for a hug and we cried in each other's arms.. yes yes i know it's only been 3 months but we've literally been living with each other for all this time so the bond is very fucking strong. we know so much about each other. it's like we fit together so well. she was right, we were made for each other.
i broke away from her and looked her in the eyes. "i love it Billie... and i love you," i said to her.
she started blushing hella hard to the point where she squeezed her eyes shut while grinning.
