19 | jealousy in the air

"no baby please don't go," i cried into billie's arms. we were at the airport, and she was about to board her flight back to LA. we were both a crying mess, both our faces red.

i literally got out of the hospital yesterday morning. was only there for 2 days and billie stayed by my side the entire time unless she left to get clothes and food. i love her so much.

oh i'm also back on crutches for one last week and according to my doctor, after that i should be good to go. thank god omg. and don't worry, i'm actually gonna use them this time.

claudia came over and rubbed both our backs. "it's time you guys. gianna you seriously have to come to a show or something," she smiled.

"i have college so i doubt it," i said scratching behind my ear. billie just looked down at her feet in sadness. she gave me one last hug, we said our 'i love yous' and just like that, she was gone.

it was so depressing to walk in to a house with no billie. i just laid in bed and cried and waited for billie to call me after she landed. we talked on facetime for a bit but she let me know that she had to get straight to work after having a 3 month break from everything and get her mind back right after what happened.

it was a couple days later on a monday and school started back. i was walking through the college campus getting stares and shit. people coming up to me asking about billie, asking to get a picture, or asking where tf i been since i was known for throwing parties in my big ass house. guess i didn't realize how i laid low all summer to keep billie safe, not complaining though.

i started walking with my head down so people wouldn't see my face and i ended up colliding with someone, making one of my crutches fall from my grip and onto the ground.

"damn G my bad," she said.

"kendal, when am i not running into you?" i chuckled. "like are you stalking me?" i joked.

"um no," she nervously said. she bent down to grab my crutch and handed back to me. "here i'll walk you," she said grabbing my bag from me and walking beside me. "so i been thinking..." she started.

"oh no" i chuckled.

"since billie's gone, we can go back to our normal friend stuff. and i mean all four of us," ken said.

i nodded and said "yea i'll text the group chat, y'all can come over this weekend for a sleepover."

it was friday night and i was on facetime with my baby. she was sitting in a studio with denzel and some other dudes just joking around. "oh my god baby i swear they always cheat me in uno bro you wouldn't believe," she laughed.

then i heard a door open where she was and her eyes got wide. i couldn't see because the camera was on her but she seemed to get frantic as she said "um baby let me call you back," before hanging up.

well damn.

i tossed my phone to the side and prepared the house the girls night we were having. i laid out blankets and shit in the living room because we rarely ever make it upstairs to the bedrooms to actually fall asleep. my phone rang and i figured it was billie calling me back but it wasn't, it was sophie.
