Wanting the romance (holby city)

Lexi frowned to herself as she got to work. She was having pains and she was worried and scared and she didn't know what it meant. 

She stood by reception and sighed as she rested a hand on her bump. Lexi was worried. She knew it was to early for labour and she was putting it down to stress.

She had them before and she was worried as they didn't seem to be going away and she didn't know what to think. She was scared, Lexi looked as Madison walked over to her and looked to her

"are you okay" Madison asked as Lexi smiled

"I'm fine" lexi said as Madison looked to her for a moment and frowned

"no, your not, you are far from fine. I know that there is something bothering you, talk to me I am your best friend and you are having my brothers baby. What is it" Madison asked as Lexi sighed.

"I'm scared"

"why what's up" Madison asked as Lexi looked to her and sighed

"I think there's something wrong I'm having pains and I'm worried about the baby" lexi said as Madison looked to her and smiled

"it's going to be okay I promise" lexi said

Lexi sat in a hospital bed and looked as fletch walked in. He walked over to where she was and smiled as he sat next to her and smiled

"you okay" he asked as he placed a hand on her cheek as she looked to him and smiled

"I'm scared" she said as he nodded

"I know but you don't need to be it is going to be okay and I am here" he said as she nodded

"are they sure a c section is the only way I mean she's so little still" lexi said as fletch smiled

"it's better and it's only seven weeks early babies survive that and this one is a fighter as she has you as a mummy and your tongue and she's related to jac naylor. It's going to be okay, they are worried over you and your blood pressure and keeping her in will do more harm then done, they are getting an OR ready. It's going to be okay" fletch said as Lexi nodded

"we haven't decide a name yet"

"it's okay we have time" fletch said as Lexi looked to him and smiled "will you be with me" lexi asked as he looked to her and smiled

"I'm not going anywhere I'll be holding your hand every step of it" fletch said as Lexi looked to him and smiled as he leant in and kissed her

Fletch sighed as he got ready to scrub in as jac walked into the room and looked to her

"I am only going to say this once, don't let her down. She has been through a lot so don't" jac said

"I won't"

"good as Lexi is still my kid and I'd hate to see her get hurt. She loves you so don't let her down as you doll only do it once" jac said as fletch nodded

"you don't need to worry I don't let her down" fletch said as jac nodded. Fletch knew that he had to be there for Lexi even though he knew he was scared himself
