i shouldn't have read that much
if i am too attached to happy ever after
and in reality
it never happens
i shouldn't have been afraid of loud noises
if i am so attracted to fireworks
and in reality
they are so scary
i shouldn't have fallen in love with you
i really shouldn't have
but i am
and in reality
nothing ever goes the way it should.
