A girl was standing with the support of wall, her face completely sweaty. She suddenly screamed loudly in pain.
Girl: SIDDHARTHHHHHHHHHH.
A boy followed by another girl came there running.
Girl2: Sid, gaadi nikalo jaldi, mai di ko laati hu. [Sid, take out the car fast, I'll bring di.]
She said, throwing the keys towards him. He quickly went and took out the car, and opened the door. The two girls came there.
Sid: Avu, dhyaan se. [Avu, carefully.]
He helped her make the girl sit in car who kept shouting in pain.
Avu: Sid, tum di ko le jao, mujhe Sana, Vaishvik aur Aarush ko dekhna hai. [Sid, you take di and go, I have to look after Sana, Vaishvik and Aarush.]
Sid quickly drove to hospital. The doctor and nurses took her inside on a stretcher, and Sid called Abhi.
Abhi: Hello.
Sid: Bhai, Vaishu di labor mein hai. Aap aur maa jaldi xyz hospital aao. [Bhai, Vaishu di is in labor. You and mom come quickly to xyz hospital.]
Abhi: Ha.
He cut the call and they reached hospital within 15 minutes.
Sid: Bhai, Avi ghar mein akeli hai bacho ke saath, mujhe jana hoga. [Brother, Avi is alone at home with kids, I'll have to go.]
Abhi nodded and Sid left for home. Meanwhile with Avu, when she came in, a 3 year old Sana came running.
Sana: Maa, chachi kyu chilla rahi thi? Sab kaha hai? [Maa, why was aunt shouting? Where did everyone go?]
Avu: Chachi ko bas thodi lag gayi thi. Vaishvik kaha hai? [Aunt just got hurt a bit. Where is Vaishvik?]
Sana: Woh Aarush ke paas, chachi ke chillane par rone laga tha isliye. [He is with Aarush, because he had started crying hearing aunt shout.]
They went in the room to see Vaishvik playing with Aarush.
Vaishvik: Chachi, mummy kaha hai? [Aunt, where is mom?]
Avu: Mummy thodi der baad ghar aayegi. [She'll come home in sometime.]
Aarush came to her. He could crawl and stand, and had started speaking a few words. He was almost 1 year old now.
Aarush: Maa maa.
He said while stretching his arms. Avu picked him up.
Avu: Kya hua mere baby ko? [What happened to my baby?]
She took him to the kitchen. Sana and Vaishvik also came with her. She made him eat his cereal, after making Sana and Vaishvik sit on the counter. Sana was holding Aarush as Avu made him eat, though it wasn't needed. He was the calm one, and the less naughty one, and Sidneet knew he will be the naughtiest one in future. While Sana, the naughty one, will be the calm and understanding one, as that's how kids are opposite in future from that of childhood. Avu went and kept the bowl in the sink. She was coming back to the three when her head started aching badly, and she fainted. Her forehead banged against the counter, making it bleed. Sana and Vaishvik didn't notice her, but Aarush did. He wanted to go to her, but luckily Sana was holding him. That's when Sid entered and saw everything. He noticed only Aarush had seen Avu. He made Sana and Vaishvik stand and then Aarush.
Sid: Bacho, guest room mein jao neeche waale, Aarush ka dhyaan rakhna. [Kids, go to the guest room on the ground floor, take care of Aarush.]
The three didn't understand but did as he said. Sana and Vaishvik held a hand each of Aarush and they went to the room. Sid called Ashi.
Ashi: Hello Sid.
Sid: Ashi, abhi tu ghar ke sabse paas hai. Yaha aakar bacho ko sambhaal le please. [Ashi, you are closest to our home right now. Come here and look after the children please.]
Ashi came there within five minutes. She saw Avu's forehead bleeding, which Sid had covered with a cloth.
Sid: Mai ise hospital le ja raha hu, di labor mein hai. Bache neeche waale guest room mein hai. [I am taking her to hospital, di is in labor. Children are in the guest room on ground floor.]
Ashi rushed to the kids and Sid quickly took Avu to the same hospital, and she got admitted in the room beside Vaishu's. Abhi was inside with Vaish. Vibha saw him, his t-shirt filled with blood.
Vibha: Sid, kya hua? [Sid, what happened?]
He said her about what he found at home.
Vibha: Bache? [Children?]
Sid: Ashi hai unke paas. [Ashi is there with them.]
Vibha nodded. After few minutes, they heard a child's cry. The door opened, the child in Abhi's hands, as he stood beside Vaishu.
Abhi: Sid, tu ghar gaya tha na? [Sid, you had gone home right?]
Sid: Baadme bataunga. [I'll tell you later.]
He said eyeing towards Vaishu and Abhi nodded. He handed the child to Sid.
Abhi: Ladki hai. [It's a girl.]
Sid: Kya naam socha hai? [What name have you thought?]
Vaish: Abhinavi.
Sid smiled and handed her to Vibha and went to Vaish and kissed her forehead. She was too tired to notice the blood on his clothes.
Sid: Congrats di, congrats bhai.
Dr.: Ab patient ko aaram karne dijiye. [Now let the patient take rest.]
They nodded, made Abhinavi sleep beside Vaish in a cot and went out. Sid told Abhi about Avu's condition. Just then Avu's doctor came there.
Dr. Mr. Nigam, congrats, Mrs. Nigam ki yaadash waapis aa chuki hai. Aap unse mil sakte hai. [Mr. Nigam, congrats, Mrs. Nigam has gained her consciousness. You can meet her.]
Sidshek and Vibha had happy tears, as Sid hugged them both.
Sid: Thank you so much doctor.
Dr. nodded with a smile. Then he went away.
